DAS UK Group Avis 

I had an accident on my cycle in October 2020, I was hit from behind by a car on a roundabout suffering several injuries including a broken collar bone
My insurance company use DAS Law as their legal representatives and I was contacted by DAS Law asking for details of the accident.
Throughout the time from accident to today I have had constant communication from them about the case be it a little slow sometimes due to all parties involved including medical professionals etc. Over the last nearly 3 years I have had 2 different people dealing with the case. Both always very Professional in the way they have handled the case which has now been settled.

So an urgent legal issue, what does DAS do take 11 DAYS to say I'm not covered, which of course could have taken 11 minutes. (They obviously have a list!) This firm is associated with Admiral Insurance so what does that say about them!
DAS Complete and utter waste of space.

Never have I been treated with so much arrogance.
My ceiling was flooding with water light fittings fell down and I was at a loss what to do
Never made an insurance claim before.
The lady was rude unsympathetic and made the whole experience 10 x worse.
