The choice and the quality of products is great and the prices reasonable. I'm happy with that.
However, it felt like the delivery "took forever", in spite of being within The UK.
If anything, the delivery could be improved!

This was not the first time I have used Dash4it but as always they went over and above what I expected. I ordered 2 maps , but sadly one map was out of stock. I received an email almost immediately advising me to contact their admin. This I did and was helped to choose an alternative
Map as I was going on holiday imminently. The copies arrived within 24 hours. No fuss good price and just what I needed!

Dash4it is my go to map provider. Yes, I can get discounts at various other stores through my volunteering position, but Dash4it still comes out top. Their prices are competitive, selection and availability of stock great, and I am still astounded by the delivery times! I received my maps the following day.

Excellent service as usual from Dash4it, order to delivery less than 24 hours. Particularly as I wanted a waterproof OS Map, which I probably could not have found anywhere near me, and I wanted it to be sent to a different address, some 30 miles away,
All for a great price, and free delivery👍

Dreadful service
I ordered my map Monday I was told it would be delivered the following day or Wednesday it never arrived. Today is Thursday it still hasn’t arrived
I could’ve bought the map from the big American online company every one uses. It was 2 pound cheaper from them and guaranteed next day delivery but I thought no buy British from a small company what a mistake I’ve not heard from dash. I tried to phone them but no answer so I’ve bought another copy from what must be their biggest competitor knowing it will be here tomorrow dreadful service. Never again.

Usually 5 star, but this time a weekend order meant for delivery on Monday arrived just before we left on Tuesday.
Please make clear that Saturday orders (before 11am) probably will not arrive on Monday.

Always great service and prices.
I’ve used Dash4it many times over a number of years for maps covering areas in the UK and also for trips abroad. I’m always impressed by the speed of the deliveries and the prices charged. My most recent order didn’t go as smoothly but that was initially due to my fat fingers when placing the order and a bit of a mix up at the Dash4it end, however, the prompt response from Dash4it sorted everything out to my satisfaction, hence the five star rating.
