I was very upset with the quality of the flowers I received, some were flawed, some had the edge missing, others were so hard was almost impossible to work with. Also not enough white plastic cups in my pack.
Customer service tried to say I wasn't using them right, but I know I was

I don’t like glitter so don’t use it, but I’m addicted to all the bling embellishments that Dawn brings to us. They are a great price. The flower kit makes beautiful realistic looking flowers and the dies are great too.

I have placed my first order with you
I have placed my first order with you. Arrived within a week and pleased with what I purchased and I would definitely purchase again direct from site but have already placed an order via Hochanda on the 9th February but as of yet not received my goods so can not comment on the items purchased but looking forward to receiving them as have some of the desk organisers to decorate which are waiting patiently after being treated with Black gesso.

Love the products
Love the products, however the subscribe banner at the top of the page stops me from being able to search (it gets in the way). Good customer service, when I received an incorrect item they posted out the right one and sent me a stamped envelope to send the incorrect item back again, however the post office said there was not enough postage and that the stamps seemed like they were used before. had to pay another 50p but they took the parcel and said it might get declined by the main dept but I haven’t heard anything since. Apart from this I have had quick delivery and good prices!

Absolutely love the quality of the product. The Create a Flower Rose Kit is brilliant - I have 3 sets I love them so much. Price is great too. Packed and packaged very well.
