Very quick,excellent communications so that they responded within 12 hours to my request to change delivery time, and delivered same day.

What an excellent service, better than any other delivery company. Lots of updates and, importantly, rapid responses to emails. Delivered exactly as specified and in the time window, a week sooner than the supplier had suggested. Polite, thoughtful and responsive. I couldn’t fault them.

Accurate delivery information, time of delivery as expected and a helpful driver who, on request, left my heavy package where I wanted.

I received notification of the imminent delivery of my parcels via DK. Gifts for my birthday. I knew I would be unable to receive them at the time stated, my husband had a clinic appointment. I left a message with DB asking if the parcels could be left elsewhere. On return they had been neatly stacked according to my request. Excellent response times for both the sender and the recipient. Efficient response line. Very happy to use again.

The delivery driver Dave Nlove INNY contacted me just before arriving to confirm that I was at home and to locate my address, as was not on Google Maps. Dave was very friendly. The driver was very kind and helpful. The log shed arrived when scheduled.

Package arrived on day promised and in time schedule allocated. When they could not get hold of me they did not give up and leave , but constantly tried to find the house and to reach me in order to complete the delivery. They wasted an hour but did not give up and I was very grateful.

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. I was kept up to date with estimated arrival time leading up to the day of delivery all the way to them turning up at my door. Driver turned up at the back gate (which all companies used previously have not offered due to tricky access) and very kindly helped carry all items to where I needed them in the back garden. Faultless, professional, and super friendly delivery company. Would thoroughly recommend!

We had a summer House (kit) delivered, so a fair bit of stuff.

It arrived safely and we managed to get it all off the wagon with no trouble. The driver was friendly and helpful - and he managed to get a long wheelbase transit up our drive, bless him.

DB FREELANCE delivered a wooden Arch Purchased from Rawlinsons of Nantwich. They contacted me the day before in order to ask if there would be any problem with the date. I pointed out that I had a Dental Appointment early PM. but that they could leave adjacent to the property if I was out. In actual fact, when I drew back the curtains around 7.45 AM , the delivery (to Cumbria) had already been made, and stacked in our rear Garden. I have to say that this was an excellent service with good communication and 'no ifs and buts'and thoughtfully carried out. I can thoroughly recommend this company. Brilliant !
