Ordered shed which arrived within 2 days! The delivery service from beginning to end was excellent. Easy to track with up to date information as well as the driver ringing you with updates. The driver Liam was friendly, respectful and helpful. Can't recommend enough. I had never heard of this company before, but hope more companies use them. They could teach other delivery companies quite a lot. Well done and thank you for a very pleasant and smooth delivery. Jean

The first shed arrived but the 3 panels had been damaged so they took it back. I reordered and two days later another shed arrived. The driver/ delivery guy Adrian I think was his name was great, Very helpful and knowledgeable ,as he had experience as a carpenter. So what I thought would be a problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Unable to deliver “kerb side only” after a request and acknowledge to leave in a safe place.

We received a delivery of a garden arbour kit yesterday, and the driver could not have been more helpful. He made sure the kit was complete and stacked safely in a convenient place. I would be very happy to use DB Freelance again.

I received my (really heavy) package as expected. The driver was excellent, it was heavier than I thought and somehow we managed to get it parked where I wanted it. We really appreciated the extra effort.

Delivered a 19’x10’ summerhouse. We offered to help but driver wouldn’t hear of it. He checked nothing was missing from the order and was extremely pleasant. Wish other companies could be as professional. We’ve had timber deliveries dumped on our driveway and parcels left on our doorstep, without the drivers advising they are there. Your delivery was a breath of fresh air. Driver an absolute Prince 👍

I had a garden shed delivered. I was kept fully informed of the delivery date and time. The shed panels were delivered without damage. The driver was friendly and helped move the panels into my garage for storage.
Overall a good experience.

Prompt, professional delivery service and was no problem to have the wood stacked in the back garden ready for building.

Had a large garden shed delivered. The delivery guy was great at unloading it and bringing it in to the back garden and stacking it safely until I was able to erect the shed. I couldn't fault his assistance.

Although their was a bit of a delay with the cottage being delivered
It was delivered within the allocated day and time frame with a call from the driver approximately 15 minutes before delivery, the driver was very professional and delivered to the area as requested, the product was well packed and all items were intact and present
It was worth the wait and paying that little bit more than for other playhouses
My grandchildren love it so much they never want to come out and would even sleep in it if allowed

Delivered on time and unloaded in my desired location.

Can I just take a moment to commend Vili, your excellent and exceedingly polite delivery driver. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he has to be, hands down, the best delivery driver I have ever dealt with (and I’ve dealt with a lot through recent building work).

Even when the heavens opened he didn’t pause or stop smiling!
