DBS Bathrooms Avis 

Cannot recommend enough - really good prices, really quick delivery, and brilliant customer service. I came across these guys by pure accident but will be using them every chance I get moving forward!

I ordered 80 of the 5mm matt white wall panels for a bathroom, utility room and downstairs toilet. When my plumber came to use them, they would not slot together flush,there was an obvious gap as they were warped. He suggested that I purchase joining strips for in-between each panel, so over £650 later, the joining strips arrived. I left my plumber to carry on with the work and came back when it was completed. The panels look absoloutely dreadful, the joining strips are a different shade of white to the 5mm panels and looks like a great big stripey mess. I havnt used the other panels for the utility room and downstairs toilet because of this, so I am now left with about 4 boxes of panels. I would also like to state that the panels are extremley poor and flimsy, you can break them in half with your hand and they are corrugated like packing you get in a cardboard box. The tip of a pencil would pierce a hole in them. The whole experience has been a nightmare. I contacted there customer services initially about the panels not fitting flush together, they wanted photographs of every panel affected. Like I'm going to open all the boxes and work my way through 80 panels trying to put them together and take photos? I thought the joining strips would solve the problem, even though it meant spending more money but I wish I hadn't bothered at all with pvc panels and just got proper tiles. I will never use this company again and I do not recommend them either. My experience is they are another company selling sub standard products and once they have your money they arnt interested. Extremley dissapointing experience!

UPDATE I have recieved emails from them, they refuse to refund me even though I have sent pictures of the state of their products. They said I can send back the unused panels but I have to arrange the courier and pay for the return. Disgusting treatment considering I spent close to £800 with this company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered the ceiling panels with chrome inlays . Arrived on time and well packaged. Ordered the adhesive to go with it and it worked a treat ! Looks really good installed and was easy to cut to size . As a plumbing & heating company that often do bathrooms, I shall certainly order more .

I have to disagree with your reply, I wasn't reached out to at all, I only got an explanation after I requested a refund , days after my package didn't arrive, without any explanation why , where and when did you reach out to me ?

The order process for my white marble wall panelling and the delivery were excellent. I installed the panels myself and I am glad I opted for the 25cm wide version. The larger one might be faster and fewer joints but they would be much harder to handle on my own. Once I realised that the panels need to be handled with extreme care, the installation went well. The finished bathroom is a major improvement but I must always be mindful that these are not ceramic tiles and I must be careful not to knock the walls. Overall a good experience. Thanks

I read the reviews and thought I would try as everybody said they were brilliant well dont bother some panelling was damaged before trying to do it! They are very thin not worth the money and they was in the sale too! You can put your finger through them if you want quality go and see before you buy so you know what quality they are I ordered boards from b&q wasnt aware it was through same company im hoping this time will be better experience my boards are finally on the wall and they are very good quality and I received replacement boards that was damaged too

Amazing service!! I ordered panels. The delivery driver had noticed a damaged panel and already arranged a new panel to be delivered. The delivery was quick. I would highly recommend.

Very happy, I would certainly use this company again. I was called by the delivery team to arrange a delivery day and I called for technical advice. Both times the staff were helpful and friendly. The product was great too.

Used dbs before, after completing order delivery was rapid, well packaged with no damaged ends to panel packs. Good quality and nice choice of colours. The chrome inlay gives a lovely finish to bathroom ceiling.

Great company, really happy with their help throught out the process and the final result is amazing, a fraction of I would expend with tiles, really recommend!

Have been using dbs for about 10 years. If there’s ever a problem the will get it resolved. Always quick delivery quality product and will continue using them.

Ordered two pieces of shower wall panel, corner and end cap trim. Arrived within a few days, well packed and in good condition. Price was very competitive, easy to cut and put in place. No complaints and would recommend.

Disgusting lack of customer care.
Ordered and paid for bathroom panels 1 month before they were required, and 2 working days before delivery and our customers bathroom refurb start date, l got a phone call to say they wouldn't be delivering as they had gone to pick our order and there was a " printing error " on them, and the Manufacturer didn't know when the " printing error" was going to be sorted.
What an absolute utter load of tosh, as clarified by both other companies that had these panels in stock, both told me that DBS Bathrooms are well known for fobbing customers off with poor excuses when they make a mistake and don't order in enough panels.

Thankfully another company came to my rescue at very short notice so we didnt have to let our customer down with their bathroom refurb.

I know where our company will be spending our £7k a year from now on, and it certainly won't be with the very unreliable DBS Bathrooms.

I have used DBS for over 5 years and found them to be reliable and to do what they say they will, there's good communication on your delivery and have always been on time, plus they sell good quality products and at a great price.

The quality of the product (wetwall) at such a low price. It has been installed and looks great. It would be even better if delivery to Northern Ireland was free!
Would certainly recommend.
