An excellent TV. Brand new and fully as described

Used dc digital to purchase my Samsung s8 edge as the price was good. The ad showed as being unlocked. Turns out the phone was a import and couldn't be unlocked in the uk. Dc digital refused to refund me and I had to get trading standards involved to get my refund.

Product was perfect as described. Great price.

I wanted to cancel the 1 day after i bought, they said im not allowed 'under their clause'

I ended up disputing with my bank and eventually got my money back. Avoid at all costs even if it means paying more with the giant retailers.

Failed to deliver twice. Excuse first time - could not find address.

Excuse second time - out of stock. Took me 2 months to get refund and had to keep chasing for refund. Sent a cheque after promising to pay by BACS having taken my bank details.

Where to start..
-Sent wrong tv
-Took almost a month to get the TV ordered
-TV broken after 5 days
-Shipped back at own expense as is clearly stated on the site but they have refused to reimburse the amount promised on their Ts&Cs and therefore they are thieves
-Was told I couldn't have a refund by a sales operator who suggested I should be grateful that they arranged the collection of the incorrect TV
-Was promised a refund via direct transfer which was then cancelled and a cheque was sent.
-No sign of 1st cheque. Another was sent. Money back a good 1+ month after sending it back.

All of the above? My fault. If you are going to buy an ex demo TV from Charlatans, expect this sort of fuss. Only have myself to blame. Play it safe, pay the extra and get a new one. It just isn't worth the fuss...

TV was a little late on delivery but the model was an updated version and the initial missing parts were supplied straightaway.

At the moment my tv purchase is in the hands of my solicitor trying to recover my money after being delivered two faulty TVs. Do not have anything to do with this company.

Same has other recent comments minus 5 for rating. I lalso was told 7 days for my tv over a week ago now. To then receive email yesterday saying was a problem and to pick something else for same price or refund. Well there isn’t any different TVs for the same price ??. I replied to email no response back. Also rang today recorded message saying on lunch and ring back after 2. Rang back on hold for ages then a message asking to leave message. I did do that leaving my number for them to ring me and still no response back. Sent another email and yet again no response back. As other people have said they reply to you quick before they get your money after that zero contact.Looks like I will be contacting the ombudsman what a joke

A few mistakes were rectified by the boss excellent customer service from him.
Got an upgrade for any inconvenience.
Genuine good bargains from this company.

I was worried at first as the reviews werent great but I did receive my TV. 1 week late hence the 4 stars, saved myself a lot of money on a 55inch Samsung which was in perfect condition. The warranty DC Digital provide is a joke and you have to send the TV back at your own expense which isnt cheap but luckily a quick call to Samsung, they verified I do have manufacturer warranty and I was covered for the year.

Will look at DC Digital first when I'm next back on the market.

Had no problem with them. The item I bought was exactly as described and was delivered in a timely manner. It was well packed and communication throughout the shopping experience was ok.
I have recommended the site to other people and they've had similar experience so I would have no problem in using them again.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs and if you do use them DO NOT PAY BY BANK TRANSFER as your bank will not have much they can do to get your money back. Use a credit card so you are protected.

Like the previous customer I will give this company minus 5 or even worse. They are very good at communicating with you before the sale. Once the sale is made you cannot get hold of them - Three phone calls and 3 voice messages, Three emails, two contacts via their contact form on the web site and not a single response. I ordered a Samsung S8 which was in stock - per web site, but it will take over 7 days to be delivered so I asked for an expedited shipment - ready to pay the extra but no one is responding. I get the feeling that they take people's money and trade with it for a few days before spending to purchase the ordered items. So asking for an early date does not gel with their policies. Real shame DC Digital - You can do much better than that. I am dreading having to call with an issue. Lord help me :(

I purchased a Samsung Frame. All fine, albeit delivery date changed. After finally unpacking and hanging on the wall the ‘Art’ mode did not work. I informed this company who told me to contact Samsung and if they couldn’t fix it they would rectify the issue their end. After many frustrating hours on the phone to Samsung they told me the hardware was damaged and gave me a returns number. 5 days later this company continues to ignore my emails. I am now instructing our solicitor to deal with this company through the Consumer Rights Act. They promise to deliver and then fail to. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Before we go any further, all you need to know is NOT to deal with this company. I am only giving DC Digital ONE star - because I can't give no stars.

So if you now read this review and still deal with them - there is a very strong chance that you wil remember this review after the event.

I could go in to very lengthy detail about how they have messed me aorund over 4 months and been the worst suppliers I have dealt with for years. But life is too short - just know that you should not deal with them.

At the end of it I have got 9 TV's - I now have 2 spare as the orders were not right - and one laptop. And at a reasonable price.

But the hassle factor was such that it became a running joke in the office about how inefficient and rude they were. Read the vast majority of the feedback - it is true. Next time I will pay more and get my TV's from John Lewis - which come with a guarantee, all the parts, working - and not having to dela with the most inefficient and rude company.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I've waited over a month now for a TV. THEY DON'T REPLY TO E-MAILS OR PHONE CALLS.
DON'T EVER TRANSFER THESE GUYS ANY MONEY.
I'm contacting HMRC reference VAT element and trading standard, as well as my lawyer applying to the court.

Easy to deal with and the price of the graded TV made all the difference. I was kept updated with the delivery process and in fact the TV arrived a day earlier than expected which was all good. The TV arrived in its original packaging and the standard remote was still in its packaging unopened. The TV itself was in first class condition. The only problem, hence the 4 stars was with the smart remote which didn't want to link with the TV despite our best efforts.
