Disgraceful, wrong grade of tv sent, paid for A but got C (big deep scratch in the screen that you can't take your eyes off)! Told they'd swap for a replacement, but after several emails to remind them, no replacement over 3 months later.

Do not buy from this company, I had a terrible experience when I purchased a large screen TV, the television arrived in a large box, when I came home to open box there was more scratches on the screen then a scouring pad, no plug, no stand, no remote.
I complained next day about the problems hoping they would be resolved,
a fall mouthed person called Dominic got on the phone said I had done the damage myself .
The company changed the description from an A grade to A minus grade after I complained.
Please I beg you do not buy from this company

Ordered a TV on 9th of Sep. On the 11th I got confirmation of my payment and a UPS tracking number. 4 days later it had not arrived and tracking showed item still not collected from DCso called them and was told it was ready for shipping. The following Monday it had still not moved so chased and told it was held up but would be on its way. 2 days later tracking still showed it had not moved and advised them if not able to deliver by the 21st (2 weeks after order placed) that I could no longer sign for it and would need to cancel and get a refund; assured by customer service that TV would deffo be with me on Friday 21st. At 1pm that day I chased asking what time as tracking again showed it had still not moved and got this email back from customer services "Dear Customer, I have just spoken to the MD who confirmed we are unable to provide this item due to faults with the item so we are going to have to refund you." I did manage to get a refund 4 days later after chasing 3 times. In conclusion I was mislead more than once about when it was being shipped and transpired the TV was faulty in the first place and should not have been listed for sale. I wasted a lot of time chasing with calls and emails which was all very stressful and was not offered an compensation for the inconvenience or even a proper apology. At this point though having read some of the recent feedback I am just relieved I did get my money back as I had paid by bank transfer having been lured by the extra 10% discount. Not something I will ever do again with any online business its credit card or nothing from now on.

My ex-partner bought a laptop on my recommendation from this company. After they did not meet the delivery deadline she cancelled the transaction before even receiving it. After toing and froing she managed to register for a refund but the problems did not stop there...She then received an email stating that the Company is "in dispute" with WorldPay (a 3rd party company used to process payments) and that as a result they were unable to provide a refund, and that she had to contact her bank and take the matter up with WorldPay.
This is absolutely outrageous. Never again would we use this Company and she has yet to receive her refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR WILL HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG.

TV returned, at my expense, faulty. Faceless e-mail correspondence claimed TV was damaged in transit (by ParcelForce) back to DC Digital. £420 out of pocket with no indication of refund of replacement TV. I Will Not Be Buying so much as a plug, never mind an expensive TV from this so called company. BE AWARE! Zero Stars, not 1.
Same company now ignoring e-mails or LinkedIn text messages to their Managing Director. Claim TV has been damaged by ParcelForce! Even worse, they seem unable to provide evidence. Now £500 out of pocket, and without TV!!! DO NOT buy from this Companies House registered company.
1st Oct, 2018 - Now proceeding down small claims court route. No communication forthcoming from this company regarding return of repaired TV, a replacement TV, offer of compensation or simple photographs of allegedly damaged by ParcelForce TV. 1st time ever I've encountered a bonafide company with an MD who seems totally disinterested in a positive customer experience.

Won't refund after waiting almost 3 months for a replacement/refund
The whole experience with this company has been the worst possible imaginable. From the wrong colour device, sending locked devices and do not compensating for the total cost of getting the phone unlocked, rude replies from the Managing Director, waiting a long time for a simple reply, sending untested faulty devices, refusing to refund postage costs when they are at fault and lastly...not refunding when they can't possibly fulfil the order.
I've been chasing every day now for a refund, after waiting for almost 3 months for a replacement. By law I'm entitled to a refund but Customer Services refused to acknowledge my refund request, or to even reply for that matter.

Ordered Samsung grade A phone and was covered in scratches and dings, requested refund only to be told that world pay had a dispute with them and that I needed to contact bank to start a "chargeback"

Second wasn't dispatched as advised phone not up to their high standards. Waited a couple of weeks and second phone arrived again boxed and in excellent condition. We were kept updated all the time, so happy with their service.
Note that as I write this review their website isn't available, so maybe they aren't trading any more?

Refund through Worldpay didn't happen because they are apparently in dispute with Worldpay and I should take it up with them.

After several conversations with them saying i would get my money back i was told yesterday i would have to try and get my bank to try and refund me .

Bought the samsungUHD TV , received email on the same day, estimated delivery date 28th, then on 28th got an email TV will be delivered tomorrow. Called customer service and person on other end seems reading answers from the book. Basically he can't confirm delivery date,, he can't tell anything else, except we will email to your querry. On the agreed day of delivery after 13 days of ordering, I took a day off from job, as delivery time schedule is 09:00 -20:00 hrs, now at around 16:30 hrs received a mail, your money will be refunded to you.
Called customer service again and same answer we will write to you in an hour.
Basically after 13 days of wait, in the morning of delivery day it's confirmed TV is on the way and now it's refund email.
What to expect from DC digital? Worst experience .

My advice to anyone buying from these people, including their alias companies Buytvdirect and Godigitalwarehouse, who have a dispute you need to take them to the small claims court. The procedure is that you contact Trading Standards (details on the internet) to report them, after no joy from them send a Letter before Action (also templates on the internet). Then use MCOL (step by step procedure how to claim). It may cost you a bit more but at least the law will be on your side. This Company now using their aliases (you can check the information of these Companies as they are using the same address etc.) has taken £1500 off me. The procedure is simple and you will get a positive result, like I have....
UPDATE: Bought my replacement tv from appliancesdirect. What a wonderful company to deal with. They were very sympathetic towards me and supplied me with a tv. Their service was first class, their office staff very courteous and the delivery guy was 'normal'. He unpacked the tv and set it up. Would certainly recommend them. Might be worth looking at them before buying from these...
CRIMINAL COMPANY !!!
I purchased a £850 TV from dc digital tv which arrived with the wrong remote and marks and smudges all over the screen. When we started to watch it we realised the picture didn’t look right and we still to this day don’t know what the problem is but the picture looks horrendous. I requested a return and refund and after waiting over a month for a response they said yes I can return it with a full refund. However I looked for reviews of this company online and there are multiple people who send back there items and don’t get there refund. So for the past 2-3 months I have been trying to speak to there refund team so I can assure I get my refund but it is impossible to get hold of them. So now I am stuck with a broken TV. Great. And also there receptionist’s are rude and unhelpful.
