I am very happy with service , i ordered samsung smart tv , i would have given 5 star because my expacted delivery was on 17th May but i got email on that day told that my delivery will be coming on 19th , which i didnt mind . And surprisingly they delivered next day on 18th . My tv condition very good . Thanks

Like others have said, I don’t usually leave reviews but since I got an email invite so thought I would. Ordered a TV, had it delivered 6 days later with no problems, and in brand new condition! I wouldn’t let any negative reviews stop you from buying, when was the last time you left a positive review anyway? I know I don’t!! Thank you DC Digital I will be back again soon.

Quality of goods needs to be checked before despatch.

After finding the first laptop not as advertised, i gave DC digital a second chance and ordered a second one. This one was not Grade A, infact it looked like refurbished. Similar to the first one, this one was not the same as what I had bought. Although, I got my initial refund (after 14 days), I am still waiting to have my postage costs reimbursed.

They shoudl check Items before sending to customers. It loooks like DC Digital is a reseller, which means they do not have them in stock. Once someone buys it, they order it from their suppliers and pass it on. My experience has been that this is where they failed to check and just sent it to me. It took me 10mins to workout the second item was not what I had ordered. If they did this, not only they would have avoided postage costs, they would not have lost my custom.

I have ordered and paid a Smart TV, grade A. They postponed delivery 3 times, then TV was delivered and seemed OK (they press you to check on delivery everything, but in 10 minutes you can't turn on the device). Turns out TV had 2 scratches with 3-5 cm discolorations on the screen. I wrote to them same day, they didn't answer for a month, when I press on they answer and say I should have refused the product. I press on, asking for full refund or replacement, after 2-3 email exchanges Eddy (from CS) simply said he will not answer anymore. It's been a month, problem still not solved.

They clearly don't care, it's Sale & Forget, whatever the van drops at your front door. To be avoided, not recommended, not to be ever used again.

I wrote a review about dc digital they replied and said a member of there staff will get back to me later that day that was at the beginning of the week and still nothing

Bought 2 TV's from the since January,they delivered one wrong TV and one damaged TV many weeks later ..I told them..they took forever to reply .. eventually repiled and ask me to send a picture of the wrong TV and damaged TV..I did that and it took forever to ask me to send it back via their recommended courier..on sending it bad ..they claimed the damaged TV was damaged on getting to them and they claimed the courier company did the damage and ask me to claim from courier company.. until date they have refused to send evidence of the damage to me or the courier company.
My solicitors managed to get a refund for one of the TV (the wrong TV) and they are filling in a county court claim for the other TV ...they claimed is damaged and not able to provide evidence...if they have done similar thing to you ..get in touch ...I think they need a class action against them ....

I am very happy with the service received. TV came to me today and is absolutely incredible! A little nervous about paying by bank transfer but went for it and saved a further amount off their very cheap prices. One minor note was that the driver didn’t call like he was supposed but as I was at home anyway no harm done! Can’t recommend enough, 5 star guys keep it up!

Good communication throughout arrived on time fully as described.

Where to start.Purchased tv 22/4 by bank transfer and told delivery 10 days later.Day before this told now to be a few days later and then another email saying a further delay.Attempts to call fruitless with unable to get through and no response to messages left and emails sent.Tv did not turn up and received no call for explanation leaving me sat in the house waiting for nothing.
Then received a call two days later saying tv on the way and driver says did not have me on the list for any other day.
Realised when setting up tv it was the wrong model but figured if ok might stick with it but then saw defect on the screen so that not going to happen.Eventually got through to DC and although not happy it looked so long as I provided details of their error I would get satisfaction in 48 hours.Nearly 4 days later I am still waiting.now 13/6 and still nothing

If you want......the wrong tv (despite what they did/will claim, they never confirm the quality of thetv in the confirmation - funny that!), a broken TV, long delivery time, no one to answer the phone (when after all week of trying they do answer the phone you can’t speak to a manager as they are not available - hard to believe as he phone operator kept leaving to ask questions to a manager), incompetent office staff, no one to answer emails, the deputy managing director with a ‘gmail’ work account - who still hasn’t replied to me, no one accountable or able to make a decision, poor communication, a refund that has taken over 4 weeks (not a full refund as they will not refund for postage back to them despite them sending the wrong item that I had to keep chasing).......then this is the company to order from!. Frankly a disgrace of a company from the first order to the last communication. Avoid at all costs. Please read others reviews (not the dubious good ones). Do not cause yourself the hassle. I have never in my life experienced such a company. Bunch of amateur, dishonest fraudsters.

Bought this for £199 normal selling price £349 was a bit dubious but as only et miles from my house decided to go for it. Not disappointed. Recommended to family and friends

My order was cancelled at the last minute and there is no one answering the phone. It has been 2 days of calling and emails no one answers and there has been no refund.

Excellent price arrived around 10 days Good phone

They sent a phone I hadn't ordered!!!! It took weeks and loads of emails
to to get my money refunded as they didn't have the phone they had advertised. I was required to return the phone by special delivery to qualify for a refund which cost £8.00 or thereabouts which has never been refunded. I shall be very wary of recommendations by trust pilot!

All the item (x 3 TV's were faulty and or damaged. None of them were new or in a new condition. Most had been damaged previously and sold on. I struggled to get a refund and had to incur significant costs to courier them back. I would never do business with this company. Read others feedback, wish I had.

Dc digital asked me to review them again. Even though I've already review as them. You get 5% off your next order if you review them. So here goes (again)...

One of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Unless you've got a lot of time and patience to argue with them when something goes wrong, steer well clear of them.

Very good communication. I was surprised after reading the reviews. The camera didn’t work on the iPhone I purchased, so as suggested I took it to the apple shop and got a new phone straight away 👍

I ordered from here a few months ago, paid by credit card which was a blessing or else I don't think I'd of got my money back. Ordered a tv, saw these reviews hours later and instantly regretted my purchase based on these reviews and seeing the same tv for £49 more from john Lewis (don't be tight it doesn't pay off lol) . Phoned a few times but each time 15 minutes on hold so resorted to emails which were replied to in a fashion, cancelled the order was told wait 14 days for my money, 14 days came no refund, phoned again 20 minutes on hold, was told the 'accounts team' hadn't processed it, then another 6 days the money was refunded to my credit card. I had also informed my bank and they were doing all in they're power to get the money back, so the moral of the story is pay by credit card! I wasn't going to leave a review until I just received an email from the company asking me to review them lol not sure if that's a great idea but hats off to them.
