I ordered a size and it was bigger than expected I reached out and they not only responded right away and was so kind and attentive they shipped out the new size needed immediately for me at no charge I cannot say enough kind things about this merchant and my overall experience

Lexie was very helpful with tracking my jumpsuit order! Because of her I was able to get a tracking number so I could see where it was and I received it and am very happy with it but I need a medium and she is helping me with that 🙂

My customer service experience was exceptional!! I contacted them to make a return & they promptly responded. They provided me several options to consider for a refund, exchange or reimbursement. We exchanged emails over the course of a few days & their responses were always timely, detailed & helpful. I ordered a nice denim Maxie dress and I love the quality and style. But I had to contact customer service to locate my purchase. Customer Service was great and did an excellent job tracking my purchase. I received my purchase but the dress ran extremely small, I had to contact customer service again and Lexie did a great job with exchanging my order and placing it in a timely manner. I will shop with Dearlassie again because I love their fashion & products.

The denim dress is okay. The fit is okay for me but could be a bit larger. Something about the dress on me feels frumpy. I will wear it though.

Horrible quality of clothes. And instead of refunding my money, they asked me if I wanted more free, poor quality things or 15% discount. What is the justice in that? If you can’t do the job right just refund people their money.
