Well after almost 2 months I finally received my package. And it wasn't even close to what the products was supposed to be. I basically overpaid for lights that I could have got at the dollar store. I am very disappointed and I knew better but I did it anyways. Don't get ripped off like me. The only thing that was correct about the order was they were LED lights but not the LED lights they proclaimed it to be.

I mistakenly order the wrong size in a package of three shirts I ordered. I reached out to the customer service and the right size I needed was being shipped to me pronto. Even before I had a chance to ship back the shirts in error. A company that will do that has my highest approval. Way to go Visual Favor. You got my business.

While I wasn’t happy with the quality of the product I purchased the customer service was great. They gave me 20% back and allowed me to keep the product ( so I didn’t have to go through the Hartley of mailing it back ) and let me pick out something else of equal value
