Excellent company, unit arrived on time, packed well and lovely piece of furniture, contacted company regarding duplicate receipt and staff were more than helpful. Would recommend this company to others.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the flat pack furniture I ordered, and was a bit apprehensive about quality, and putting it all together. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the Decortie products. Instructions for assembly were clear and simple; all the components were provided, none missing, yay! And the furniture is sturdy and good quality. There were a few minor chips in some of the component shelves, but I just got a furniture pen to cover those up. Delivery was ultra quick too. Overall I'm really happy!

Very wonderful team. My order arrived with some missing items previously, but the team contacted me and sent everything that was missing, even though the mistake was from the delivery companies. They are very professional and wonderful. Thank you very much.

Great little side table, quite sturdy much better than I thought especially for the price

The furniture was a bit so-so - a handful of marks, chips, and unsightly alignment on the pieces. If it was going in a prominent place in my house, I would’ve been disappointed and might’ve considered sending it back. It’s fine for its purposes, and I appreciate the unique corner shape.

The delivery experience direct from Decortie was really fast and smooth, and I saved money compared to buying it through a 3rd party.

We purchased the Labirent Coffee Table from The Range online, but the wrong item was delivered. After reaching out to customer support and exchanging emails, the supplier, Decoratie UK, stepped in. They initially offered a DHL return label, but due to the distance, it would have been difficult to return the item. Instead, they kindly sent us the correct product and let us keep the wrong one at no extra cost. I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service and generous solution! The coffee table looks amazing, great value for money!!!

Box arrived taped together at one end upon opening there are two cracks through the main section of the bookcase. Apparently improper storage so me keeping it box it arrives in flat is wrong!!!???
They sent box taped up and never checked when received back from previous customers now it’s my fault for leaving it in the box!!!
Note to customers don’t buy from them and if you do check everything ASAP as this company don’t check when they receive goods back!!!

We ordered 2 pairs of different small bedside units. The instructions were clear and it took about 1 1/2 hrs to put all four together with electric tools.
They appear to be a good quality and are attractive to look at…exactly as the picture online.

Wish all furniture suppliers were so particular about packaging. Great side board. Well designed and reasonably easy to assemble. Very solid and even back panels are solid. Very happy overall with delivery quality and assembly.

The shelf unit is of a reasonable quality but is spoilt by the way you have to fit it together with screws that have to be covered with the sticky pads. It spoils the look of the unit and makes it look very cheap. Its easy to put together though.
