Achtung, BETRUG von vorne bis hinten! Habe eine Brille zur Probe bestellt für 49,99 Euro. Hab Eine Bestellbestätigung für 139 Euro bekommen. Dabei sind angeblich 3 Brillen und eine Garantie, alles nicht bestellt und auch virher nicht angezeigt. PayPal Zahlung, obwohl erst vor einigen Minuten getätigt, ist nicht Stornierbar.
Zu spät hab ich hier gelesen was wirklich los ist...
Werde meinen Anwalt kontaktieren.

Produkt von DeeFocus ist unbrauchbar.

Rücksendeprozedur verlangt einen Rücksendecode, der aber über die angegebene Mailadresse Support.derfocus.com genauso wenig zubekommen ist, wie die zu verwendende Rücksendeadresse.

As has already been pointed out by others; these so-called glasses are completely useless. It is impossible to focus the lenses un any meaningful way and it is a complete rip-off. Not only do you get charged £50 pounds for a useless product they also add on an "extended warranty" costing another £10 and £8.95 for postage after the sale has gone through. No way of knowing these charges in advance of purchasing. My excuse is that I was very tired that day and stupidly didn't take the time to check out the website. It has taught me never ever to buy anything advertised on YouTube ever again.

these adjustable glasses are rubbish quality.. on the ones I received, one adjuster did not work.. on the one that did work, the adjustment range was pitiful..

do not buy these...

Betrug Unternehme.ich habe Brille gekauft das ein richtiges Srott ist.ich konte denn Kauf nicht mehr stornieren.die Brille sind angekommen eine enteuschung die sind nicht nutzbar.habe die Ware zurück schicken jetzt keine Ware kein Geld die Rückerstattung wollen die nicht zurück geben. Auf meine E-Mail schreiben die immer das selbe vie eine Kopie.Schiken sie un die Bilder, ident Nummer von Bestellung bla bla bla und so weiter ich habe denen schon mehr mals geschickt keine Rückerstattung.das sind Betrüger anders kann ich die nicht nennen.Finger weg von dem Verkäufer gekauft mist der das Geld nicht wert ist

Ich werde Betrugsanzeigen erstatten: Statt versprochener 30 Tage Geld- zurück - Garantie wird meine Rücksendung nicht angenommen und erfolgt trotz Hermes Nachweis der Retoure-natürlich - auch keine Rückzahlung.

Cheap glasses. Dollar Tree has better glasses. The transaction was completed before I had a chance to review. Then, when I tried to cancel the order immediately, they told me it was too late, already packaged for shipping. However, it took 2 weeks to come in the mail. I was hopeful for a good product but sorely disappointed. I'm requesting a refund and filing a complaint with Paypal but it looks like that may not work after reading other reviews.

They use all the classical tactics of scam sellers. If it looks like a duck...

Natürlich klingt die Werbung verlockend. 34,99 € sind im Vergleich zu einer Gleitsichtbrille auch günstig. Allerdings habe ich sofort nach Erhalt gemerkt, dass es sich bei der Brille um einen Betrug handelt. Die Rädchen lassen sich zwar drehen, aber das Sichtfeld ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt scharf.
Auf meine E-Mail hat die Firma nicht reagiert, somit kann ich sie nicht zurückschicken und auch das Geld nicht zurück erhalten.

I almost made a purchase but noticed the price kept changing. It does some type of predictive guestimate if you change browsers (e.g., I changed from Chrome to Opera...) and noticed the change. Before purchasing, I check TP's reviews and wow... everything I was concerned about was answered. My heart/prayers goes out to all customers... in this economy, we all need help. How could they do this??? Thanks for the heads up. Didn't buy... will stick w/ what I know.

On the ad they look cool and promising, however once received they are horrible, the adjustment dials suck, not enough adjustment. Tried to return them but no luck, per policy. DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM for $100.

Do not buy from this company they are a complete con. Different prices on different websites. Customer service will never respond and their 30 day money back policy is fake. Do not waste your money.

YouTube is just as much the problem as these companies that are scam companies promoting fraudulent products on YouTube and, using an arsenal of deceptions, rob customers by taking their money and either not delivering the product or not accepting returns. If one was really using their common sense, they would know that huge optical companies would have already developed adjustable lens eyeglasses. it would be a multibillion dollar industry. DeeFocus Is especially insidious because it targets mainly the elderly who are struggling with the very eye anomalies depicted in the ads. Not only should this company be held accountable, I believe that YouTube should also be held accountable for not investigating the products and companies who place ads on its platform.

Ich bekam die drei Brillen statt zum Sonderpreis von 59,99 für 160,98 Euro geliefert. Die gelieferte Qualität ist unbrauchbar. Das Ganze ist ein Betrug und gehört vors Gericht. Nun versuche ich seit 18 Tagen mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Zurück gesendete Ware wird Annahme verweigert bzw. mit allen Tricks Bestätigung verweigert. Bei PayPal nun natürlich auch ein Problem. Endergebnis: Finger weg, Qualität ist unbrauchbar. Einkauf hat alle Anzeichen eines Betrugs. Warte immer noch auf mein Geld.

Update: 03.08.2024 Erstattung Geld wird weiterhin verweigert. Es ist und bleibt auch nach fast 2 Monaten Betrug. Diese Brille erfüllt in keinster Weise meinen Erwartungen. Die gezeigte Werbung hat mit der Realität nichts zu tun. Die Brille besteht aus einer denkbar schlechtesten Qualität. Die Gläser lassen sich am Rädchen nicht einstellen. Die Bügel der Brille sind Butterweich und rutschen ständig von der Nase. Mir wurden auch Zweimal Brillen berechnet, obwohl nur eine bestellt, bekommen habe ich dann 2. Ich weiß nicht wie die das gemacht haben. Die Brille kostet nach meiner Schätzung von der Herstellung keine 2 Euro. Billiger Schrott. Ich fühle mich veralbert und betrogen. Ich habe jetzt eine Rückerstattung angefordert, mal sehen was draus wird. Ich werde sie am laufenden halten.

habe 3 brillen zum preis von 119,xx euro bestellt.
160,89 euro wollte der händler über paypal abbuchen.
habe die lieferung ungeöffnet sofort zurück gesandt.
in meinen augen ist das betrug.

stand 03.08.2024:
die rücksendung wurde nicht angenommen. habe dann den karton geöffnet und die brillen ausprobiert. ein totaler schrott !!
den rechnungsbetrag hat der lieferant nach 10 tagen zurück gezahlt an paypal, nachdem ich mit einer betrugsanzeige gedroht hatte.
da bin ich noch mit einem blauen auge davon gekommen.
