Deefocus Avis 

Leider bin auch ich auf dieses Unternehmen reingefallen. Statt einer Brille, die ich bestellen wollte, wurden mir gleich vier berechnet. Das konnte ich, obwohl ich sofort (innerhalb der ersten Minuten, als Antwort auf die Bestellungsmail) protestierte, nicht mehr rückgängig machen.
Das Unternehmen - seltsamerweise kommunizieren sie - vertröstete mich damit, dass ich die Brillen - die ich inzwischen erhalten habe und die sich als vollkommen untauglich erwiesen haben ! - ja zurückschicken könne.
Das habe ich nach Erhalt, vor zwei Wochen sofort getan. Bislang noch keine Rückerstattung.
Falls noch etwas kommen wird, werde ich berichten. Andernfalls werde ich den Verbraucherschutz verständigen.

Absoluter Schrott! Eine Frechheit. Vollkommen unbrauchbar!

Schrott, ich habe die Brille 1 Tag in der Arbeit dabei gehabt, es funktioniert nichts mit einstellen, ich schreibe schon den 3. ten Tag mit dem support, jeden Tag mit einem anderen, jeden Tag soll man ein Foto machen, und seine Daten (mail, eine Rechnung) zuschicken. immer der gleiche schwachsinnige Test, ich werde auf der Polizei anzeige erstatten.

Absolut unbrauchbarer billiger Plastikkram! Auf keinen Fall kaufen.....reicht,wenn ich mich maßlos ärgere, dass ich auf sowas reingefallen bin!! Das Zeug kann man einfach nur wegschmeißen, schade um Material, Wege und Zeit....gegen diesen Shop sollte rechtlich vorgegangen werden!!

The company’s website is not at all user friendly, one might think it is geared to cause unintentional multiple buys.
Customer service is relatively prompt but very unhelpful. Basically once they’ve got your money they don’t care. In addition to this the product ( adjustable glasses) is atrocious and does not match what is claimed by the company. Avoid at all costs.

My son purchased s pair so I asked him if I could try them out. Just like he said he regretted his purchase. I didn't believe these glasses could be that bad. But after I tried them they looked like something that should cost no more than $10 to $13 tops. He only used them once and never found a reason to use them again. I considered them for use in tightening the screws on my titanium glasses. I'll stick with a magnifying glass.

Crap from Alibaba that are like $4 being staged and marketed as quality eye wear.

Die Brille ist unbrauchbar, schmaler Sichtkegel, kein klares Bild, absolut billiges Plastik. Nicht die 5€ wert, die ich zum Glück nur bezahlt habe. Ich habe sie jedoch wegen Unbrauchbarkeit entsorgen. Ich war halt neugierig. Das die Ware so schlecht ist, hatte ich jedoch nicht vermutet. Lieferzeit 14 Tage.

Do not buy! Garbage. I bought 5 pair hoping to keep a pair in each car and in each room with a tv. But they are cheaply made and would not adjust enough to help my vision. I returned the 5 pair of glasses within 30 days with the RMA# written on the outside of package. I never saw the sentence on return instructions to send the tracking number too via email. My husband fell and broke his back later that same day and I spent the next several weeks at the hospital. When I realized I had not received a refund I called them and was told they only track returns with the USPS tracking number…which I did not realize needed to be sent and must have discarded from my pocket during my daily visits to the hospital. Deefocus told me they do not record the packages or RMA #’s upon return to their facility and only track the return from the tracking number. They advised me to contact the post office to try and retrieve the tracking number. Yup, like trying to find a needle in a haystack! I am still waiting on USPS response to see if there is any way to provide me with the tracking number. I’ve kept Deefocus apprised of my efforts and lack of success with post office. I find it fishy they have no process to receive the returns in their warehouse. Why issue an RMA#? I have been communicating with “Rose” but she said without the tracking number they will not honor my request. I sent her a pic from my home security camera of the package as I walked out the door headed for post office. Same white plastic bag glasses had arrived in! I offered to send a copy of my husband’s hospital admission info as proof of my extenuating circumstances. Please save yourself the grief and do not buy from Deefocus.

Die Brillen sind m.E. völlig unbrauchbar! Ich habe sie alle weggeworfen! Keine Rücksende-Adresse! Kein Entgegenkommen bei der Korrektur einer Order 5 Minuten nach der Bestellung! Man behauptet, dass die Ware bereits unterwegs sei - und das an einem Sonntag. Es wird eine unerwünschte Garantiverlängerung berechnet! Die gewünschte Stückzahl wird unerwünschterweise kostenpflichtig übertroffen. Ich würde dort nie wieder bestellen und warne ausdrücklich vor dieser meiner Meinung nach unseriösen Adresse!

Even though I never finished the order online, the company still charged me for it and also doubled the price by adding a warranty I never agreed to have added.

This company is portraying itself as a having a 4.7 satisfaction rating. Their product is extremely cheaply made and not worth the price.
I got fooled!
