Vorsicht bei PayPal Zahlung, jubeln in den AGBs versteckt eine Abbuchungserlaubnis unter. Keine Antwort auf Kaufrücktritt, Klärung langwierig und schwierig über PayPal Service.
Amazon bietet den gleichen Artikel für 1/3 des hier bezahlten Preises.
Fühle mich uneingeschränkt betrügerischen Absichten ausgeliefert.

This is a classic bait-and-switch scam; what you will receive is a crappy pair of plastic glasses of extremely low quality. The only place for it is in the bin.

Here is the response I received from this company. Now they want me to send the package their refused and it was returned to me. Keep in mind I paid for the postage for it to be sent to them for a refund. Now they want me to pay again and send it to a completely different company name and address. See the A.I. response below from them.

This is the same line of crap I was given the first time. DO NOT BUY THESE GLASSES AT ALL FROM ANYONE THEY DO NOT WORK. IT IS A SCAM!

Heute bekam ich die Brille geliefert. Erster Eindruck: billige Plastikware. Ich versuchte sie einzustellen, Links konnte man das Rädchen verstellen, ein scharfes Bild war nicht einzustellen und alles war verzerrt. Rechts ließ sich das Rädchen nur mit Mühe verdrehen und es knackte verdächtig dabei. Das Ergebnis war noch schlechter als links. In meinen Augen ist das Ganze ein Betrug und gehört vors Gericht. Ich habe die "Brille" sofort entsorgt, um mich nicht weiter darüber zu ärgern.

Clearly the concep makes sense but the product is garbage, like something from a cheap lucky packet. If a reputable eye glasses factory made them from quality materials it may worik.

I had PayPal Australia start a dispute with this scam company .they told PayPal I would receive a full refund on the glasses .
Guess what they even sucked PayPal in by saying I was refunded so PayPal closed the dispute against them .And today 04/07/2024 the glasses turned up shoved into letter box by some mob from Dubai called imile courier.
So a warning to all stay away from deefocus or whoever they are this week .The only focus they are interested in is looking at your money

I elected and did to ship them back. I paid shipping with tracking #, found they refuse to accept the delivery and won't refund the money as promised.

These people are crooks and the product is a scam. Terrible! I have submitted a chargeback with my credit card.

I brought their glasses, found they are not working, cannot get focused, I request to return, they replied I can either ship them back with tracking to get full refund or get 50% refund to keep them. the advert promised the earth. They say its self adjusting and you never need to buy another pair of glasses.

they imply that these glasses are multi-purpose but what they are are glasses for close up work only. and thats written on the box. You wouldnt want to be seen dead in these and they are not comfortable nor easy to adjust to get a clear view with them.

Luckily i only ordered one. I'm going to chalk it up to not listening to Anne Robinson who said "if it sounds too good to be true, they probably arent". These did and it wasnt.

Next time i'll check with anne robinson and trustpilot before ordering impulsively. 🙄🙄

these are made in comic book cheap kid toys factories..they dont stay still to focus and its like looking thru coke bottles ...... i didnt see the total price on the website and it didnt show the total and called back with no info for me to cancel it..... and it billed me for @160.00

Ist alles schief gelaufen!! Nach eine Minute,die ich Bestellung aufgegeben habe,habe ich auf stornieren gedrückt!! Obwohl in dem Vertrag steht :" ..sie haben 12 Stunden um den Betrag zu stornieren " mir hatt man geschrieben :" ist nicht möglich, ist schon verschickt!" BETRUG IN GROßEN STIL!!! Nach eine Woche ist dieser SCHROTT geliefert worden! Paypal hat das Geld bezahlt und mein Konto mit 160 € belastet.Sparkasse ,in meinem Auftrag das Geld zurückgeholt,nützlich war das auch nicht - Paypal Konto ist belastet. Ich weiß noch nicht mal wohin soll ich die Brille zurückschicken. KEINE ADRESSE!! VIELLEICHT SOLLTE ICH ZU VERBRAUCHERZENTRALE GEHEN?

Habe brille bestellt ünd direkt wiederspruch gemacht .ging nicht mehr war genau 3minuten späder .ging nicht mehr da ware versend...schon were habe anamme verweigert playpal zahlt nicht da ich annane verweigert habe . Muss das dem verbrauerschutz in verbinndung setzen .da er behaupett were nie angekommen .

Received the glasses, but they did not work as advertised! Very, very cheap! I thought I was going to break it when I was turning the knob because they are so cheap! Tried calling for refund but I was on hold for awhile and still waiting! I will not advise anyone to buy from them. Yes, I have lost money that I could have put toward my bills or assisted a homeless person that I now serve! I am ashamed of myself that I did not do more research of this company before making this purchase. I normally research everything so that I won't get scam but for some odd reason, I did not do that this time around. I was fooled once but I will not be fooled again! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

DeeFocus tells you they ship you great quality glasses and what you get is a cheap, super plastic pair of glasses that cannot adjust properly. When you reach out to them to refund you, they offer you 50% off! Off a pair of glasses I could not adjust properly, so they are useless, THEN you have to ship them back at own cost because THEY misled you! They are screwing people out to money and in my opinion a very dishonest INTERNET based company with the moral integrity of a dead roach.

Ich wollte 1 bestellen, dann plötzlich waren es 3. Zum Glück via PayPal..
Nach 4 Wochen nichts erhalten. Habe dann storniert und es kommt von Victor die Ansage es ist versendet (aber keine Tracking) bei PayPal Konflikt eröffnet, der jedoch nicht funktionierte ... mehrfach versucht - dann hat es doch geklappt mit der Rückzahlung.

leider muss man ja einen Stern vergeben.. aber ich warne ausdrücklich vor diesem Unternehmen...1 Stück bestellt und +2 berechnet ohne das man es mitbekommt... sofort widerrufen.. aber nach 30 Minuten angeblich schon im Versand.. ich halte Euch auf dem Laufenden wie es weitergeht...

Lieber - Finger weg. Unbrauchbare Ware und unseriöse Abwicklung. Stornierung und Widerruf werden einfach ignoriert. Zurück gesendete Ware wird Annahme verweigert. Reaktion von PayPal steht noch aus. - Update- Rückzahlung hat erst nach Einschaltung von Paypal geklappt.
