since using dermatica my skin has improved dramatically. it went from dull inflamed, very pigmented with lots of dark spots, to bright glowy and a lot more even tone. i always get compliments on how good my skin looks now! im still only half way through my treatment but im delighted with the results already. The customer service and the dermatologists are a great support and will tailor youre script as and when needed! i can’t fault dermatica they are an amazing company ill be a customer for life☺️☺️☺️

Took 25 from my acccount with out my consent - theft and did not even bother to confrim in wrting the amount of the product that i did not even ask for

Applied for the dermatica retinol
Applied for the dermatica retinol. My skin was already reacting to the lowest treatment so when I applied I assumed I could choose a dosage that was safe for me. To my surprise I was sent a personalised plan, I was not told what this was that I would be putting on my face or how strong it was. The tretinoin was stronger than what I was currently reacting to. After speaking to one of the dermatology prescribers she said not to take my new tretinoin! Why would I be sent something thats not safe to use! After asking for a lower dosage to be sent that I had orginally hoped for I was then told to continue using the newer higher dose tretinoin but to take breaks. Conflicting advice overall, and a bizarre operating system where you are given products that may be dangerous or useless and you wont know this until the package shows up at your door.

Great product and service
The customer service team are very helpful and respond quickly. I wanted to cancel an order as I still had some left over and this was no problem, they cancelled and refunded. I could see the pending refund straight away.
The product itself is great, i've been using for several years and there is a significant difference with my skin

Please hear me. I have struggled and frankly BATTLED acne and rosacea since my early 20’s, I’m now 46.
Given antibiotics, creams, the threat of harsh medicine with serious side effects. I’m also immunocompromised and have to be careful.
Then a friend recommended Dermatica. This was recommended to her by a private Dermatologist! My friend described it as “life changing “.
So I sent my photos in and gave the treatment a go. We’re now 3 months in and my skin (almost immediately) has not looked this good and just calm for decades!
There’s absolutely no going back now, drug free! (At least as far as my skin).
Honestly, I am so thrilled.

So far so good!
So far so good!! I'd used a prescription product in the past which was way too strong for my skin and I had terrible peeling and redness so I was very nervous about trying something new. The team asked me loads of questions about what I had used previously and suggested something different. They also gave me ways to ease my skin in gently which the other company had not done. I started with every third day and then every second. I am now able to use the prescription product nightly. Have I noticed a massive difference yet? Not particularly BUT I've not been using it nightly for long. I do think there is a small change in pigmentation. I am looking forward to seeing the results in the future

No improvements seen
Been using it for a few months now and there’s been absolutely no change to my melasma. If anything it has gotten worse, but I’ll keep going for a little while longer and see what happens! Delivery is always on time.
