Please hear me. I have struggled and frankly BATTLED acne and rosacea since my early 20’s, I’m now 46.

Given antibiotics, creams, the threat of harsh medicine with serious side effects. I’m also immunocompromised and have to be careful.

Then a friend recommended Dermatica. This was recommended to her by a private Dermatologist! My friend described it as “life changing “.

So I sent my photos in and gave the treatment a go. We’re now 3 months in and my skin (almost immediately) has not looked this good and just calm for decades!

There’s absolutely no going back now, drug free! (At least as far as my skin).

So far so good!! I'd used a prescription product in the past which was way too strong for my skin and I had terrible peeling and redness so I was very nervous about trying something new. The team asked me loads of questions about what I had used previously and suggested something different. They also gave me ways to ease my skin in gently which the other company had not done. I started with every third day and then every second. I am now able to use the prescription product nightly. Have I noticed a massive difference yet? Not particularly BUT I've not been using it nightly for long. I do think there is a small change in pigmentation. I am looking forward to seeing the results in the future

Treatments that actually work! Finally! Worth every penny.

Fantastic service

Been using it for a few months now and there’s been absolutely no change to my melasma. If anything it has gotten worse, but I’ll keep going for a little while longer and see what happens! Delivery is always on time.

I was with Dermatica for more than one and a half years and would not have cancelled the subscription if I had not had financial constraints. On top of that, I personally feel the treatments are a bit expensive, and they expire sooner compared to other brands. Nevertheless, I would like to thank the Dermatica team for treating the issues I was dealing with. The results have been prominent most of the time.

I am delighted with my experience so far at Dermatica. The consultation was seamless, and it was incredibly easy to add additional information afterwards.

I have had to postpone my third treatment to be dispatched in December as I've still got quite a bit of treatment left in my first bottle; I'm currently using it every 3ish days to not overwhelm my skin, and my second bottle is being dispatched. But even delaying the treatment was so easy on the dashboard.

Quite good for the skin,still trying out new products

I found the process very simple, and the results have been exceptional. My rosacea has greatly improved along with my general complexion.

I filled out my consultation form on the 28th of August - almost 2 weeks ago. Firstly, the form is not very user friendly, not allowing you to go ‘back’ to edit answers. I wanted to request a specific type of retinol but I couldn’t go back to add it. So I placed my order and messaged the customer service, who seemed helpful and said they’d add a note onto my consultation. A few days went by and my prescription was finally approved, it was not what I had requested. So either they had ignored the note or I was lied to about a note being added on. I messaged them and said I wasn’t happy and wanted it to be reviewed. I was told they had ‘rejected’ the prescription and that a pharmacist would review and be in touch. And here I am 2 weeks later. I keep being fobbed off saying they are busier than usual. I’m sorry, but that isn’t good enough- 2 weeks is plenty of time.

I will update my review when the issue is rectified.

Before using Dermatica I'd been having major breakouts, redness, dry patches etc my skin was looking worse in my 40s than it ever was in my teens. I tried so many expensive skin products and was finding nothing was helping. I ordered the nourishing kit on the back of a recommendation and wow its changed everything! Within days my skin looked healthy, glowing and fresh. No more lumps, breakouts or redness. I cannot believe the results after only a few weeks of use. It's gone way beyond my expectations i'm so pleased. I had questions before ordering and the customer service was excellent. And the price of the products is very reasonable. The results are very good. The only issue is that there is still some flaking, even after applying a moisturizing cream. The spots have become significantly lighter. For now, I’ll continue using the product.
