Accepted the reduced offer a week ago and still have not been sent the payment for my phone which was meant to be sent within an hour of acceptance. Company now has my iPhone and I’m out of pocket.

Took over a week to receive a revised offer for my device. I accepted the offer the same day they sent it me. This was the 20th November. I’m still waiting for payment now, and have had to chase continuously, which I’ve had multiple excuses as to why I’ve not received payment such as high influx of devices received, issues with their bank not sending payments. Don’t recommend using this company unless you want to be out of pocket.
