I have recently sent my phone off and…
I have recently sent my phone off and had a ridiculous counter offer through an email.
In the email there is a link to accept or reject. It doesn’t work. I can’t sign in on the website. It says incorrect details. There is no forgotten password or username option.
It basically feels like they now have my phone and I don’t know when I’m or if I get it back.

Reduced offer
Even though I selected broken phone condition, they reduced their offer from £46 to £37 as there was a crack on the screen and the battery health percentage was 80%. There was not any other problem. They chose £9 rather than customer satisfaction. Other than that, the process was straightforward.

Changed quote even though it was sent as broken
Recycled iPhone as broken and quoted £75. They then emailed me to say the loud speaker wasn’t working. Yes that’s why I said it was broken. New price of £55. Couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of having them send it back then re sorting out.

Sorry you was not happy with your requoted price. All broken devices are an "Up To" price as all faults come at different prices for repair, unfortunately your device had two other faults that required repairing aswell as the loudspeaker fault which unfortunately led us to have to lower the price to cover these.
