Arranging to sell my phone was very easy. They sent me a bag to put it in quickly. I made a mistake and didn’t send the phone for a month. This was handled without pause. Would definitely use them again.

Communication is poor !
I have sent my phone in and got an email where is had been downgraded due to some damage. I accept that and respond to the email like suggested. I then hear nothing. I have sent 2 chaser emails up asking what Is the status of my order number and no reply. I am starting to get really concerned I won’t see my money or the phone again!
Update. They have emailed me to say they can’t find my emails. I have responded to the email. Over 3 hours ago and still no response. I wouldn’t mind but I’m the email they say they respond within half an hour !

Back Glass Changed on Samsung Note 20 Ultra
Arranged to have the back of my phone replaced as the glass was smashed. I had my phone taken and given back within hours fixed. Really good quote and easy communication from start to end. I would really recommend considering there are so many companies out there looking to con.

I sent my phone off in the packaging provided as per the instructions which were easy to follow. After a few days I hadn’t received a quote by email, I replied to the email I had received initially about my order just asking if my phone had been received. Within an hour I had received a response, they had resent the email with my quote for me to respond to and received the money into my PayPal account. Great customer service, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!!

Very easy process I was sent the free returns label very quickly. Simply went to post office to send it off. Few days later received the quote for selling my phone. The quote was lower than I first quoted due to some damaged on the phone which was very minor. Overall I would recommend this selling method.

Sent my phone in a brand new condition. Proof and pictures in my current phone. Got an email from device central stating my phone has a broken glass and a shattered screen absolutely disgusting thought the good reviews online were amazing until my experience has put me off asked them to send my phone back as I will be going through my solicitor for them to forge a lie about my device by damaging it themselves how disgusting of device central. You want to lie in my face shame on the whole company! Company owned by one claiming to be CEO matter has been reported to companies House and action fraud
Photo were sent out to you but because your lie got caught you stop responding!

Hello Sash we are sorry to hear this is how you feel about your experience.
We never once said your screen was shattered, and unfortunately your device did not come in new and sealed or even in a box as claimed. It had a cracked back and a chip in top right corner of the bezel which we stated in the re-quote.
After you had told us it was not sent broken we asked for proof of picture to see if we could put in a postage claim for you however you did not provide us with a picture of the back of the phone and the one you did provide of the front conveniently had the top right corner cut out where the damage on the device is. When we asked for another picture showing these two angles you just requested we returned the device, in which we did free of charge. Breaking devices would be of no benefit to ourselves.
