Worst experience with any company. Did not answer concerns and only had unreasonable response when seeking feedback re they claimed had confirmed contract and direct debit, had not happened when asked for feedback and several calls just received resulting email. With just trying to organise for cleaner but would not use them again.

Diamond support arranged for me to meet one of their team of cleaners. She lived locally, is highly efficient and discreet and has been a great addition to our home team!! It is lovely to know that I can leave her to get on with the job - no fuss, no bother, spot on. She is also very pleasant and has been with us since before I went into Hospital in September 2024. I did not expect still to have her with me almost a year later (It is now August 2025) but she is invaluable. A really good match made by Diamond Home support. I shall not give her name in case you take her from me!!

Unfortunately our cleaner was unable to continue working, so now we have to wait for diamond home support to find a replacement. The only down side is we have no idea how long that will take, but i'm confident the one thye do find will be of high quality.

It is quite nice to have them take care of the admin side of finding a cleaner, often its quite hard to find people.

I have been a client since late 2023, the pricing is just right for me as I am a disabled pensioner.

The lady who comes every fortnight is wonderful, does what she is supposed to do and then some, she has been my only one since I came to the company, I really do not know what I would do without her.

Paying the company is by DD monthly, and paying Karen by bank transfer, easy.
If you need help, ask Plamen the gentleman in charge, if he can help you to provide for your needs he will go all out to make you happy.

We were really impressed with the initial and subsequent communication with Nikki at Diamond Cleaning in Rossendale. She found us a cleaner that was suited to what we required for our family. Our cleaner has been fantastic both on a personal level with members of the family (and our dog) as well as professionally. She cleans our house to a very high standard and I can always tell when she has been as soon as I walk through the door. I thought it would feel strange having someone I didn’t know in the house but I needn’t have worried. Thoroughly recommend Diamond Home Support in North Cornwall. They provided a few cleaners for my mother, were always happy to listen and keen to help. When we did have a problem with a cleaner, they couldn't have been better, providing a replacement within days. The cleaners all got on well with my mother, the quality of the cleans was good and the back room staff were great.

My cleaner is helpful and willing to tackle some difficult jobs.

The Callington and Tavistock office have always been very helpful, supplied excellent cleaners and dealt with any minor issues promptly.

we contacted diamond home support looking for a cleaner ... they were very efficient in getting us one that suited us ... we have della and she is fabulous and such a fantastic character too della does a fabulous job we have 2 dogs and she just works round them .. feel we have known her forever
