The product itself is good and works well. I can recommend it.
Also, customer service were very nice because they did not charge me postage / courier costs. There had a been a glitch in the order system as a resut of which no postage fee was entered. When discovered, they decided not to ask me for postage csts since this error was at their end.

Excellent customer service
Brilliant service. I ordered a set of scales that turned out to be out of stock. Had a call within a couple of hours informing me and offering an alternative. The new scales were dispatched the same day and arrived the next day. No fuss, no quibble, just did what they promised and did it well.
Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

Excellent customer service
After purchasing via eBay, I receiving a prompt delivery. The scale worked as expected for around 7months then developed issues and became unresponsive. I contacted the seller and was initially given advise. As the scale still didn't work they sent out a replacement scale at no extra cost. All in all a really excellent service.

Great customer service My Weigh Vox 2 EVO Talking Scale
I can't complain about the quality of customer service from Digital Scales.
I purchased the My Weigh Vox 2 EVO Talking Scale for £33.58 (including P&P) on behalf of my Grandmother who had recently had a stroke which impacted her eyesight. However, the sound quality was very poor making it very difficult to understand the speech function of the scales. Obviously this was disappointing, however, no harm done as I have now received a full refund for my purchase after a very thoughtful phone call.
Top marks for customer service.

We are not able to find any previous communication from you highlighting the problem you have experienced. We want all our customers to be 100% happy with the scales they have purchased.
The talking technology is continually being improved, we are sorry that in this small scale it wasn't clear enough for your Grandma, and we would like to offer a full refund.
With the talking feature turned off, we hope you can make use of the scale with its 20mm high digits and large clear buttons.

I purchase some expensive scales over a year ago and they recently stopped working. They have a life-time warranty.
I rang the company who asked me to send them back. They sent me a brand new replacement in just a couple of days.
I will be purchasing from them again.
