The service was quick, and they did an excellent job of converting my almost 40 year old DVDs with video recordings onto USB stick. I only wished my husband was better at taking the videos!

Brilliant service
I was so happy with the service I received from Digital Memory Box. I was very nervous sending such precious cine film, but I needn’t have been - Debbie communicated via WhatsApp and everything was explained carefully, I got updates to let me know it had arrived safely and it was transferred to a download the next day. It was wonderful seeing the film and brought huge happiness, tears and nostalgia for my family. Very easy to download the cloud version and the quality was amazing. Will definitely use them again for some other film that I have - Thankyou

Brilliant service

I’m sorry if the costing process for the extra studio work didn’t feel as clear as it should have. Because your project needed several creative changes and we liaised with you each time we were unsure of the final costings at the start. I always try to explain this as I go, and I’m sorry if that part wasn’t communicated clearly enough.
I take a great deal of pride in looking after every customer personally, so your feedback is genuinely appreciated. Once again, thank you for your lovely review.

Absolutely over the moon with this service! Honestly can't fault a thing from using the website in the beginning to the very individual attention from Debbie. Everything went so smooth and my neighbour has been reunited with her special wedding vow renewal ceremony in a format she can now watch again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

So happy ! I sent an old VHS of my late Mum's family, DVDs of me & my siblings and then DVDs of my own sons when they were toddlers. I am so happy to now have all our memories in digital format so that we can all watch them again. My aunts & uncles are delighted to see footage of themselves as young adults (they are now in their 70s & 80s). Digital Memory Box have given great results and communicated all along the line; acknowledging receipt of my data and sending e-mails every step of the way. Highly recommended - Thank you so much!

What a lovely friendly and helpful lady Debbie is. She converted an old VHS tape which is over 20 years old onto a USB stick. The tape was of my 2 sons and nephew in their teens. We have had great laughs and memories. Thank you Debbie highly recommended company.👍❤️x

Fantastic Caring Service
I was having a very difficult time finding a caring company to help with my mother's ancient cine films. Each company I called was very sterile and not emotionally involved in this emotional transaction. Then I hit the jackpot with Debbie from Digital Memory Box.
