I would recommend this business to Everybody for all Issues!!

I would recommend this business to everybody looking for their issues to be resolved.
I took in my Laptop for servicing and installation upgrade issues and the service I received was second to none. Excellent service all round from welcoming , friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff from start to finish. They kept me updated on my repair/issue regularly and advised me every step of the way on what they were doing and what the cost would be. Slight delay in fixing my laptop but this was due to Government Covid restrictions on trade at this time.
Great Service at a Great Price!

Product never delivered

Product never delivered. Irrelevant and confusing emails. Had to chase up constantly only to be told product had been damaged in transit. When I phoned to be assured I was getting a refund, man on the phone answered very inappropriately saying 'whasssup'. Would never buy from this company again.

Sent me the wrong laptop and didn't even have the one they were advertising.

Spent £1000 on a laptop, delivery was quick (the only good thing) but they sent the wrong laptop. When asked to replace they told me they didn't even have the laptop they were advertising which I bought???? Asked for a refund and did not receive that money back in my account for 11 days after I had received it (bare in mind the person I spoke to said it would be in my account the next day after returning the laptop). A huge inconvenience as I had to wait for the money to return before I could purchase another laptop which I needed for my studies. All I received was a bog standard "sorry". Ridiculous. Don't bother buying from here.

Helpful staff

I received very good service from Digital Outlet. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit the shop again.

Good people & with quality products

Excellent customer service and the price of electronics items are Comparatively better than other high street shop.I did some printing & brought a screen protector for IPad. Surprisingly cheaper than online & printing photo quality was very good.So happy that the shop is in our doorstep at

Leyton.

I will give a zero if possible
I ordered a laptop worth over 3000 pounds from this seller through Amazon.co.uk. I never received the item as the item went missing and the seller is making it difficult to get my refund or a replacement. This company is holding mee responsible for the poor handling of the courier company that just left the item in our building about ringing or asking anyone to sign for the item. I will avoid this company.They do not know how to handle customer.

Thank you for your order.

Between 4th and 5th September 2020, you've placed 3 orders of the same product in 24 hours - cancelled the first 2 and kept 3rd one.

We've shipped the order with UPS on the very next day- who couldn't deliver to you due to an address query. We've asked your advice on this too. You asked us to send using any other courier except UPS as their service is poor in your area. We listened to you. As agreed by you. we've sent the new shipment with DHL on the very next day. Within 4 hours of this confirmation, you've wrote to us to cancel this order and refund which was too late as the shipment was already with the courier.

On 16 September at 9:36, DHL has delivered the product to your premises and uploaded the record. You claimed that you haven't received the delivery. You've contacted DHL at Belgium and found that they have not handed the delivery over to you but left at staircase within your property. The DHL Belgium has taken responsibility for this unprofessional delivery in writing to you which you've supplied us too.

The delivery dispute is going through an investigation with DHL. On 25 September 2020, we've assured you that we'll process the necessary tasks to resolve this matter (whether to refund or reship) as soon as the outcome from DHL investigation is confirmed and you've agreed to that. We never denied to refund or replace the product.

You got all these evidences which shows that the fault is by the DHL courier driver, not us. We wonder why are you still blaming us.

Everything has got a procedure and this delivery dispute is going through the same. No one in the business will issue you a refund without getting an outcome of the dispute investigation.

Your writings on this platform about our service is contradicting to your statement and the fact. We request you to kindly refrain yourself from publishing such vague statements and make the crowd confused.

We're more than happy to provide information and evidences to anyone who is willing to learn more about this matter.
