Camera was wrapped poorly (did not even write FRAGILE anywhere on the box. I can’t tell if the damage was from shipping or if ad was misleading. I still have not gotten any resolution about getting any sort of compensation.

This item sold at a fifth of the market value, it was a clear mistake and we have swiftly cancelled the order and notified you.

binoculars arrived damaged. Poor communication and wanted me to pay the return postage.
I eventually received prepaid postage to return them. Got my money back but wouldn't repeat this online experience

I ordered a tripod on the Sunday afternoon and it was dispatched on the Monday and delivered by Royal Mail on the Wednesday morning. The tripod was exactly as described on their website- very good service, and at a good price!
