Absolutely over the moon with our new windows and front door from Direct Windows. The whole process was smooth and simple, from the first home visit from Martin, to the installation by John and Matt. A special mention to John and Matt for their professionalism, keeping us informed throughout and for being courteous at all times.

We had a Fitter called Wes, he arrived on time, worked steady . When he came to a problem where the floor in -side the entrance and where the new door met, he sorted it out without any fuss. He was very professional and he cleaned up the site afterwards and spent time with us to explain about closing and locking the new door.

Our first contact was with Mr. N. Worseley who came out to take measurements, explain/advise what options and choices we had for the job of changing 3 doors. Neil was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond his job description.
The surveyor was professional and provided some useful suggestions which were great advice and Ian, the fitter was very professional even when certain challenges arose.

The surveyor came to my home to go through all the fine detail i.e. colour door handles, letterbox, window openings. He answered all my questions and had great knowledge.
Neil came to fit them and he was fab. Very professional and did an excellent job. He cared about his work and also answered any queries I had.
I paid the remainder as arranged on completion and it was really easy.

Neil was excellent, polite friendly and cleaned up after he’d done. Our door wasn’t a standard door so abit of a challenge but Neil has done a fantastic job, would highly recommend him.

The experience was good all the way through. The showroom staff were very helpful. It was laid out well so we could see the different possibilities. The salesman who came to talk us was very helpful and the installer was great. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the resulting door.
