Had a very good experience just recently after ordering from Dirt store. The package was returned to sender after 3 failed attempts to deliver. The courier company was very unhelpful and I was unable to collect from the depot ( Mon to Fri only!!)
Dirt store re sent the package using a different courier and I received it next day. Customer service was very helpful and informative which is lacking these days generally. Am very happy with the product and will not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service throughout. I found very reasonably priced Xmas presents for my stepson, I emailed to ask re. Sizes and recieved an email back first thing next morning, with general size guide and offer of a call to discuss best sizes for him height weight etc! such a personal service for an online shop. I ordered a pair of SG22 boots, they were cheaper than any other site. When they arrived there was a defect. The customer service from Lauren was excellent. The issue was resolved within a week at no cost to me. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Dirt Store again because of this as I've had issues with other retailers in the past.
