Disappointed to receive a faulty pair of Mark Todd Masterton boots in a box that was almost in shreds! The boots were the only size at a clearance price but there was no indication that they would be faulty in a shredded box. Discount Equestrian say they were not sold on a faulty basis. I requested an exchange for a new pair of identical boots but Discount Equestrian refused saying they had gone up in price and I had bought at clearance price. I tried to explain they were exactly the same boot and that the increase in price was immaterial. I would return my boot and they would send a new pair, they would therefore have the same stock. This makes me feel like they purposely sold the boot as clearance in the knowledge that the boot was faulty and the box was in shreds. Why else would they not just replace my boots!

Arrived really quickly! Love these boots! And they fit. I bought the wide fit as no country boots fit me. Even the wide. But these did! Pleasantly surprised…..

I ordered some riding boots online. When delivered they did not fit. I visited the store to exchange and the staff could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately the size i needed was not available however they recommended a different make which have been ordered for me. They were not pushy in any way just made good suggestions from personal experience. I am looking forward to the call advising i can go and try the alternative boots. The shop stocks a huge range and is tidy and spotlessly clean. Whilst it is further away than other tack shops i will definitely use them again.

Nope. Ordered an item listed as ‘in stock’ after a few days called to check delivery. Not in stock. No idea on despatch. Has to be ordered in from manufacturer. Was a birthday gift. Thanks for that.

My daughters zip broke off her riding boots, I received the replacement pair a week later.
The customer service is outstanding, very helpful and very efficient.
