I’ve not yet received the goods as only just placed the order, however, a known brand and at a very good price. Website fairly straightforward to use when searching for products. I look forward to receiving the Rhinegold ear bonnets.

We ordered a baseball cap and after arriving a small mark was noticed.
Sending an email to DE and explain what the problem was an offer was made to send a different colour or that we can send it back and get a new one .
This was done with the return form that came with the cap. A new cap was ordered straight form Schockemohle in Germany and send over to us .
This is for us the highest form of customer service and all was arranged and settled in a few weeks. Highly recommended for 110%.

I ordered a pony fly rug which was very competitively priced and it arrived 3 days later by normal post. The site was easy to use and there's a wide variety of choice.

Ordered 2 items of Lemieux, paid via PayPal, received and email to state one of the items were no longer available, one was no good without the other so requested a full refund, was advised it was being processed and would take 3-5 working days however a week later still no refund and no reply from emails, I have used this company a few times, but will not use again due to this. I have a daughter that firstly was upset that she had used her birthday money to purchase and item that was no longer in stock and secondly for the fact the refund has not been issued and she is wanting to order from elsewhere but can’t until she has her money back, Lemieux is not the cheapest of things to purchase, so can’t afford to just pay out again, have now raised a dispute with PayPal due to lack of communication with this company

Item hasn't been received. No correspondence regarding dispatch. No response to email asking for an update on my order.

Price of product was fine - £1.50 - but the postage was exorbitant at £4.50, with far too much packaging; a cardboard box filled with paper padding for a 1oz tube which would have fitted in a small jiffy bag and cost about £1.50 to post!
