I was skeptical to place the order online especially after reading reviews, but I needed to do so as I wouldn't have time to visit the shop physically. Read the reviews was not convinced, but placed the order regardless. I was assisted by a very lovely lady, Nomthandazo. I literally got my order within 2 days. Highly recommend this shop, the quality is honestly unmatched, so as their service. Thank you Discount Decor, I will be getting myself a couch and a TV stand soon, and I am excited.

I had a problem the headboard came with defects, I have reported immediately after delivery to get no answer, I have called the lady after 3 days on no response she told me she hasn't checked her WhatsApp because she was on leave and promissed to come back to me before end of business last week wed till today I have had no response, I am greatly disappointed and am sure no one will like my next step........

Your furniture is genuine I love it, need to improve on your communication skills to keep us updated with progress on process until delivery complete.

Great service received from Portia for my order from start to finish. Portia was very effective, detail-oriented & helpful. Tim & colleague who delivered order were organised & delivered item in good condition & helped set up final assembly with great care & effort. The quality of the item was also good. I ordered a chair online but when I got there thandazo(sales lady) that was helping me was not there but there was a lady who was there helped me and customer service, excellent, staff is friendly and you would not walk around alone without being unattended, furniture is beautiful and reasonably I'll definitely come back and referrals too

I’m still not sure why or how your website has items then allows customers to place an order only to be called and told that those items are not in stock. I’m never shopping with you guys again.
