I am not a person who trust anything nor anyone. I have been searching and searching for land and it’s been very hard. Everyone had either too much down payment or too much monthly payments. I found discounts lots online and search the website I did pass a couple of lots. I found one and had questions about it. Virginia answered all my questions and did not push me into buying the land she help look for the perfect land for me. I wanted bigger but she was so sweet on the phone and answered the questions I had. She was not just the average sale person who just wants to sale you anything, they are really patient with you. The customer service was very good but the land I bought was way to far from my jobs had to cx within a week I tried but it was to late I lost all my money it was very disappointing since I spent my last of my savings to get this land id wish I read it wasn't refundable I lost money I desperately needed $495 so don't buy land from them unless you know for 100% it will work otherwise your just out all the money and the land.
