The lots on the site are great deals, but Carlos is probably the best thing about the whole experience. He not only helps you in looking for a property he also follows up with you regularly. You will definitely come out better working with him.

Excellent company. Virginia and Jose worked with me to secure the property I wanted, as well as went above and beyond with their customer service. This co.pany really wants you to succeed in owning land and having a place to call your own. They also provide assistance with paperwork needed for permits while paying land contract. My brother and I just purchased a beautiful 2.5 acre lot in Golden Valley, AZ ( just 30 minutes west of Kingman, AZ ) right off of I-40 and like many people I was very skeptical about buying land this way using Discount Lots but to my pleasant surprise everything has completely checked out 100% and has been completely on the up and up with our purchase. We even took a road trip down to the property this last weekend and double checked everything personally and everything was spot on including the coordinates provided to us and the description that was provided to us by Discount lots and their wonderful staff especially “Virginia Risteska” she was so professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything that I asked of her.
I would definitely recommend her to help you out with your questions and so far I am completely satisfied with our buying experience.

Do not buy unless .....
Please go see the land in person before you buy they sell a lot of land lock lots that you can't get access to. And they will not refund your money.

I bought property in November of 2022…
I bought property in November of 2022 and Onalaska Texas and ever since I've had been with his company they can't keep their books straight they say I'm behind on on my taxes which I'm not I pay in advance they say I'm behind my property payments now and supposedly two payments and actually I'm paid up till September 2025 so how can I possibly be late someone needs to get in touch with this company and straighten them out and I'm wondering if other people are being treated such as I am,, this cannot be tolerated this cannot be condoned all that is needed is to hire a decent accountant who can keep the book straight and update all the current updates on the computer.
I'd like to find out who else is in the same situation something has to be done about this.

Scam
Scam! they took my money for a lot that was not as advertised. A few days later I requested a refund for the $500 I paid towards the down payment as I never signed the contract they were supposed to give me 14 days to review and they flat out told me they don’t do refunds.
That was my hard earned money they took. Don’t let them scam you out of yours.

Do not buy land from this company you may be in for a surprise
This company do not know too much of anything about the properties that they purchase and put up for sale
Example I purchased a property in Cold spring which was supposed to be no zoning unrestricted
I called the county and they had all kind of restrictions and Zoning for this particular property I asked discount for a refund they rejected me when it was in fact their fault
Bad Business bad company to deal with so be careful working with discount they took my money
Discount lots stated that they explain the refund policy to all their customers then why wasn't the refund policy explained to me. Again I stand on my word they are scammers and they took my money.

I had a horrible experience with Discount Lots
I had a horrible experience with discount lots. Ordering on the phone with Mario I was told within 14 days I would review a refund if I was unhappy with my lot. The lot didnt end up working for me and they wouldn't refund my 498 dollars. Also they never told me about the additional 300 dollar fee for "paperwork" it's a SCAM.
