The experience was great. My partner and I just finished the payoff with our land and the process was simple. The only critique I have is relating to the website. I wish our Lot was easily accessible to view on the website while logged into our account. I would like to see more of a variety of options to choose from in south counties of Florida as well. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Discount Lots because the process to owning land is super easy.

Easy, seamless experience. If you can’t view/investigate the property yourself, put a post on Craigslist offering to pay someone to show it to you on a video call.

I received the deed a couple of weeks after the last payment (earlier than expected). Looking forward to buying more properties.

Discount lots has been an awesome experience so far thanks to my portfolio manager, Paola Marin. Unfortunately life threw a few obstacles my way at the beginning of the contract which had intervene with my payments. Thanks to Paola, she has been awesome assisting me in a way where I have been able to still make payments on time and continue to fulfill my contract. It took me many months of searching around and waiting for the perfect gem (land) to turn up on discount lots. They have so many great options but I wanted to be sure it was the one I wanted.
