Discount Ramps Avis 

My item did not arrive, I asked for a refund several times, did not receive one, these people are scammers, avoid them at all cost, because it will cost you..! :(

I purchase a jet ski ramp from Discount Ramps through Amazon. The ramp was shipped and scheduled to arrive on the 3rd of July
after it not showing for a few days I emailed Discount Ramps and got told to handle it through Fed-Ex which turned into a nightmare after emailing back and forth with Discount trying to get them to assist with getting the package to arrive and being told I needed to handle it. I finally got FED-Ex to get it to me on the 12th. The real frustrations comes when I open the crate and it is missing all kinds of Hardware and rollers. I had to make do with bolts I had and still am missing wheels and the rods. I contacted them and have had no response. If I had it to do over I would spend a little more money and go some where else.

The entire experience was perfect. Shipped in 2 days, was here 2 days later. The freight guy was awesome and very helpful. We purchased a 26’ L shaped with 5x5 turn platform. Everything is labeled and taped together, and lots of helpful videos online. It took about 8 hours with breaks and no rush. The brand is ez-access and it feels very high quality

The carrier is strong and we'll built . The box was damaged badly with holes some parts missing including the instructions. Called customer service twice about my missing parts. Some parts were used.

Make sure you know what you’re purchasing before you buy from this company. They advertise 100% customer satisfaction but I was not satisfied at all and won’t refund my money so I’m stuck with a ramp that I can’t use because when I installed it you can’t see any of my back lights and turn signals. Beware of this company unless you plan on keeping what they sell you even if you’re not satisfied.

I guess when someone says rust proof you should not trust them. My disability ramp 9 months old started rusting on the hitch and rollers but they state it is not under their claim as it is different material. And also asked why I didn't say anything in the first 90 days. Give me a brake

I try to give companies feedback but very seldom provide reviews for perspective customers to aid in their decisions.
This is one of the times that I HAVE to provide a review so others know what kind of company they are going to be doing business with.
Discount Ramps’ customer service is unheard of in this day and age. I honestly do not know where to start. From responding back within 24 hours to an initial email before I placed my order to the consistent communication throughout, I was pleasantly surprised.
As for the order itself and the products I cannot say enough. Everything is of good quality and is exactly as described on their website. The Titan ramp was packaged very well and is of good quality and will not just meet my needs but exceed them, I’m sure. It even arrived two days BEFORE the scheduled date. The Black Diamond wheel chock I ordered is of good quality but lacked in the packaging department a little. I don’t blame Discount Ramps for this as they are the distributor. Black Diamond should take a little more pride in their product and package it accordingly. Had Black Diamond done this, the rough handling received from FedEx would not have mattered as much. That package was delivered with several holes in it. One of which FedEx taped a piece of cardboard over but it was too little too late and some hardware was MIA upon arrival. Luckily, I have one of those bins in the garage full of miscellaneous nuts, bolts, washers, etc. and was able to cover the shortages.
Looping back around to customer service, I contacted Discount Ramps to let them know the condition the Black Diamond Wheel Chock arrived in. Not to complain or ask for anything, just to make them aware of it. Not only did Discount Ramps apologize, they issued a refund! Who issues a refund when it isn’t even asked for? As I said before, customer service like this is unheard of in this day and age.
There is only one thing Discount Ramps could do at this point in my opinion: Send Discount Ramp stickers with each shipment so you can adorn your products with them so people know where you got them at!
I for one am a customer for life. I will recommend them to Family, friends and anyone who asks me about where I got my items from. Note to self: Take pictures when using and update this review.
If you have any reservations about ordering from Discount Ramps, get rid of them and place your order!

BUYER BEWARE - there is no specific detail on their website as of this review stating what the return policy it. When I tried to return an unopened, unused, like new Ramp Cover, the email that I received from customer service was "this item cannot be returned". That's it...short and sweet. I asked customer service several times to elaborate with no response. And their website is non-descriptive and vague. They've got some great products, but appear to have many other issues if you'll read other reviews. They also appear to not care.My recommendation is shop on this site for what you want. Get the model number and go buy it elsewhere. Bottom line: they really don't allow returns if they don't want to.

I ordered a "Black WIdow Premium ATV Rear Cargo Box" (p. N. ATV-CB-8030). I'm happy with the product and happy to have ordered it from DiscountRamps. The shipment arrived quickly and in great shape.

Sent me an email saying you left something in the cart. Take a another look and save 15%. Provided no code for the discount and part was same price in the cart. I reached out to them an no response. I guess what would happen if I had a problem with a product. Based on this and other Reviews I'll pay more if even need be for better customer service else where.

I purchased the Lucky Dog pet trailer in April, 2020. I was delighted with the trailer and its operation. In November, 2020, the wheel bearings fell apart and the trailer became unusable. I contacted Discount Ramps to see about replacement parts. They said they do not have replacement parts and basically told me to go find someone else to fix the wheel. I asked them to check their records to confirm my purchase, as the trailer had a 1-Year warranty. Of course, they had no record of my purchase. I have been to bike shops, repair shops, and even to bearing manufacturers in China. Nobody has bearings that can be used to fix this wheel. Don't let the price fool you. Once the product goes bad, you are on your own. Never again...Stay away from this product and from Discount Ramps!

Would never recommend purchasing from this website. I ordered an universal roof rack for my 2014 Camry. Got charged $20 for shipping (item price 49.99). Item does not work as much as I try to tighten it to the roof it keeps sliding. Instructions are not vehicle specific. And most importantly, return policy is ridiculous: no refund on shipping, and they charge you 15% off the item price. Horrible business policies and thats why people keep ordering from Amazon. Tried to give them a chance, but they showed just how bad this business values customers.

Quality was not as expected for products listed as high quality. I would like to think it is a bad batch of tie downs, but it has happened 3 times now.

I ordered a ramp and trailer lights the other day and I was given a 10% discount code for “NewFriend” and another screen says “Any Order/No Minimum - Select Products”. It allowed me to put the order in and accepted the code but after I sent the order it took the code/discount off. Beware because I thought I was getting 10% off the order (over $650 order).
