I have emailed them 4 times now asking for a delivery date and tracking number with no reply! Very unsatisfied mama!!!!
I just emailed them again asking for a full refund!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I'm doubting all the positive reviews I read before placing this order!!!

So I am hoping these issues are just holiday time related…. Same as many of these other reviews my item has been “shipped” for almost two weeks but USPS and the tracking says a label was created but the package was never sent to UsPS I emailed three times and reached out via the website twice over the last two weeks with no response whatsoever. Hoping I can get an answer this way. I read so many great reviews, and I know that this is a busy time of year… but I was given a 5-7 business days from time of shipment…. And it’s been 9 business days since they claimed to ship my order and USPS hasn’t even received it. This was the one and only gift my daughter wanted for Christmas and if these don’t show up by tomorrow then she won’t have anything especially since they did take my money December 7th the day my order was placed. I just want someone to reach out to me to reassure me that my item is coming…. The lack of communication is making me really nervous and skeptical of the previous reviews

got my AirPods! did have some complications I won’t disclose but it did take about a month for them to arrive. one came broken but it was fixable. everything paired well. got a refund plus the product. thank you. they are very patient.

I placed my order November 30th for a pair of air pods as a Christmas gift thinking that should be ample enough time to process and ship to me. Unfortunately, that's not the case I've had to email the company 4 times with only one response earlier in December notifying me my shipping label was created. Here we are 3 days before Christmas and there's no response from the company and only the lable has been created. My last email was last week asking for a refund but of course no response. The phone is no help at all no way to speak with a representative and good luck getting an email response with any concerns you may have. Hopefully, this gets the attention of the company and a representative can contact me because right now I'm feeling like I've been scammed.

These people are scammers. They don’t have a number to contact them about your order. Where is my order I want a refund.

Worst experience ever. No one communicates with you. There’s no way of contacting anybody. I was leery of purchasing off the website because it was not something I was familiar with, but when I read the reviews they were all good. I have yet to receive my products, they have taken my money and no one will get back to me. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this website unless you just wanna throw your money away.

I ordered on the 17th and it is now the 22nd. I have only received one text message in regards to this order. No email confirmation. The number is worthless so don’t bother calling it.

I’ve tried texting and emailing both for a status on my order. No reply.

When I log in to check the status it doesn’t show my email in the information provided and it has been stuck in processing mode for over four days now.

I’m about to dispute the charge with my bank!

I ordered a pair of airpods on December 8th, got notification they were shipped on the 11th. It's now the 21st, the shipping still shows only the lable has been printed. I've reached out via their website and email, with no response. I seen several good reviews on here but I'm beginning to think I may have gotten ripped off. I'm hoping to hear back soon as they are a gift for Christmas.

I ordered Airpods pro’s one, I ordeeed them and never received any thing saying they were coming and i’ve tried contacting them all month not one response. If you guys don’t want a police report filed, email me back to ship me my item or refund me usps has been saying it’s been waiting for the item for about 20 days.

I ordered Apple AirPods 2nd Generation with Wireless Charging Case on December 9, 2023. I got an email saying they were shipped on December 11, 2023. The USPS has a tracking number which indicates they never received the product to ship. I have emailed the company and got no response. I have called and selected every option they give, but the only message a caller gets is to use the "contact us" at the bottom of the page on the website. This company does not respond to emails or to phone calls. I believe it is a scam and I would advise everyone to stay away from this website.

how do I get a refund? my order is still processing and it's been a week and I can't get ahold of anyone this is ridiculous!

I placed my order on December 5th, but I still do not have my order as of December 23rd. On December 11th, they sent an update that it was shipped, but there is no tracking. So I can’t see if it has really been shipped. I tried calling, and you are just directed to email. I sent two emails, but have not gotten a response. I would just like a refund at this point/ I don’t know if it is a legitimate company. Added- the company flagged this review. I have no idea why because they took my money on 12/5 and I still don’t have the product.($73.37 for AirPods) They were a Christmas gift for my son so I ended buying them at Target which did deliver them in two days. I don’t expect to get the product or refund at this point.

Having a hard time getting a response. My tracking 9400111206217553403354 is in “preshipping” for days. Meaning a BS label has been created and they still have not executed the delivery pickup via USPS. No response to any contact. No ability to chat, no answer on the phone. Ridiculous! Already sent a cancellation. Xmas gift and should be been here last week. Ordered elsewhere. Horrible company as far as my experience thus far. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤬

I'm still waiting on my AirPod Pros. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago thinking they'd be here in time for Christmas but it doesn't look like that will happen. The tracking number shows they've been in "pre-shipment" for 12 days! I was cautiously optimistic about this site and at this point, I'd rather cancel my order and just spend the money in-store so I have them for Christmas!

I placed an order on November 27 for AirPods, and still have not received them. Have sent a couple of emails asking for a tracking number, but received no response. Their website says they provides a tracking number but no live tracking number was ever provided. I have no idea if this Purchase will ever arrive. If it does, I will come back to this review and note that. Perhaps a thing that frustrates me the most is the lack of communication. It is December 22 and I’m a little panicked that my gift will not arrive in time and I’m not getting any kind of communication from the company

Ordered 2nd Gen Airpod Pros on the 2nd of December. By the 7th of December I had tracking information from USPS saying that a label had been printed, but the item was never delivered. I held off, thinking that the status would change, but after a few days reached out to them on their website. I got no response.

I tried twice more to reach out to them via their website and email, and was not responded to either time.

I tried calling, but every connection/routing option on the phone service main menu opening is a prerecorded message telling you to reach out to them via the website. Now it is the 20th of December, I have no tracking information other than a label being created.

A representative of the company contacted me via text message on the 21st of December following my review. To make things right, they are pending a refund for the item in addition to keeping the original order open. The refund was received the same day on the card that I used for ordering. I still did not get my question about the shipping answered, but will update when it is.

Product was never delivered. Got a refund after doing a mad runaround (see above). Seems sketchy. Couldn’t get back in touch with the agent that reached out to me before. I would not recommend this company.

Runnnnn far away from this website i placed an order on Nov 27 literally didn’t get a shipment update until Dec 11 in which the update was only of them creating a shipment label it is now Dec 19 i have contacted them 3 times with no response !!!! They do not respond and i feel like i was scammed out of my order luckily i protected myself by using Klarna instead of straight cash but I’ll never order from this site again and don’t recommend you do so either check the other recent reviews a lot of other people are having the same problems

Ordered December 11th still hasn’t shipped I tried to contact them several times no reply never will I order again.
