I have tried contacting the company... They have not reached out but more then willing to accept payment for airpods. I am wanting a refund and go purchase some where else. Not communicating or posting any progress with the shipment has made me wary of the company... only responded when I left a review not to the email i sent the company asking for additional information. reached out saying it has been refunded but still nothing...

Worst Experience
It took almost a week to process my order. It wasn’t until I emailed this circus act that my order was “starting progress”. I was very confused, I never made threats towards them & they STILL cancelled my order & claimed I did like the email thread isn’t always available to see & screenshot. They also made threats towards me which was beyond the most idiotic thing you can do. As far as I’m concerned, this website is a scam & I will be reporting everything to the correct agencies. If my cancelled order does not show a refund in my account in the next 12 hours, this entire website will come down. Take a good look at this review & remember that you DON’T mess with people who just want their things delivered on time AS PROMISED.

Stay away!!
Stay away, they sell fake items. Their phone number won't connect anyone. Their email response was so bad. It took a month to receive item and end up with fake product. Stay away from them.

i’m not sure yet….
I bought airpods but they js don’t seem like real ones but i did see alot of other reviews saying they got their order super fast but mine came after a month of waiting they do work so im grateful i guess but their is always room for improvement…but yea they work fine but they do glitch a lot and make the music sound fuzzy

i previously left a bad review, however, im changing it to five stars. they are such wonderful communicators and gave me a full refund and they are so so kind. wonderful experience and ill let you know how my airpods are, but truly its such a joy to shop with them

I ordered a set of refurbished AirPods…
I ordered a set of refurbished AirPods Pro 2 from them and I was worried it would maybe have a problem but it came pretty quickly and they work perfectly. The sound is really good quality it’s better than my old AirPods Pro 1st gens. Other than maybe one little scratch on the charging case it was the same as new and this was their B grade refurbished so the price made it really worth buying for me.
