Placed an order December 11th and…

Placed an order December 11th and haven’t received any information on our order. Sent numerous emails and have attempted to make multiple calls but it’s just a recording. There is no response.
Shipping was supposed to be 2-5 days.
Then i get the his sent via text.

I ordered AirPod pro in November (27…

I ordered AirPod pro in November (27 Nov) and received a shipment email with tracking on 1 December. The tracking information still shows that USPS is waiting for the item. Only the label has been prepared. I have called and emailed but with no response. This site has been a true disappointment and I advise everyone to avoid doing business with them. I am continuing to seek a refund.

I purchased AirPod pro 2 on December 11…

I purchased AirPod pro 2 on December 11 th saying I’d receive it in 3-5 days - … tomorrow is the 19 th and I still never got even an email saying my item was sent . I have sent them an email 2 Days ago and still No Reply . I needed these for my daughter for Christmas and no idea if they will even be here by then . Horrible Customer service . I’d give it a “0” !! I Do Not ever write reviews and idk if this even is a trusted site .

Ordered some AirPods on the 3 of…

Ordered some AirPods on the 3 of December, received notice they’ve been “sent” out for shipping, USPS has yet to receive the package from business, it would be helpful if they would respond to my emails or give any updates but that isn’t the case, I’ll give it a few more days before I try to refund.

It has been 1 month and nothing has happened. I am still without the product I paid for and now three emails later to the company has yielded nothing. They just keep returning the emails I send them.

Ordered on 11/27. Or supplement label created for Washington state on 12/7. It’s now 12/17, no updates since. No emails or response from email I sent three days ago. Just sent email to cancel, we’ll have to order elsewhere right before Christmas, after all Black Friday deals are over😠

Slow Service, Poor Quality

They claim to have fast service yet I never got a reply back. I bought the AirPod Pro Gen 2’s from their site. They day I got them and was trying to replace the ear tip the whole AirPod Snapped. The only benefit I really got was my package coming earlier then expected.

Either a very slow company or a scam

I’ve been waiting over 15 days for my order. A shipping label was created 7 days after I placed my order but nothing has been shipped or updated in the following 8 days. I called and was never able to get ahold of anybody on the phone. I emailed but nobody has responded either.

I ordered 2 pairs of airpods on 11/30/23. Tracking just keeps saying label created, its 12/16, no product, the contact # only refers you to the web page, there is no option to speak with anyone. If product is received or refunded, I will update... so far this is looking like a scam! :( really dissapointed as these are both xmas gifts! I have emailed twice with no response

SCAM ALERT!!!!

I ordered on 11/29/29 and today is 12/15/23 I haven’t received any shipping information. I’ve sent two (2) emails and I haven’t received a response and I attempted to call today (12/15/23) selected every number option available to only be referred to the website on each option. I am convinced that this site is a scam

I ordered over a month ago I have been waiting on response from the email from customer service and got nothing I can’t get anyone on the phone. And the tracking has been stuck on label created since the beginning of December when I placed the order to begin they said it would be here before Christmas. I placed a order on Dec. 1, 2023 I have a tracking number showing that a label has been created but has still not shipped yet. My card has already been charged and it is dec. 14 and I have still not received anything I sent a email but have yet to hear back from them yet as of right now I am very dis pleased.

ANSWER THE PHONE???

They are using bot accounts to write reviews. This company is a total scam. They’re also deleting and flagging the reviews saying such. ANSWER THE PHONE???? OR MY EMAIL???? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! Terrible customer service! I never received a confirmation email.. The invoice doesn’t even show an estimated date to be shipped/delivered the way EVERY COMPANY DOES! Nobody answers around here! I want a refund! I have to write a review because that seems to get your guys attention.
