Dissh Avis 

Tiana and Millie were both extremely prompt and resourceful in relation to my theory: their response times were both under 12 hours and they both exceeded my expectations in terms of the outcome of my inquiry - I’m a very happy customer and will be shopping with DISSH again in the future!

First purchase, 2 dresses, cloth linen / cotton. Linen / cotton cloth is cheap and nasty. Scratchy feeling and rough. Not the beautiful soft flowing natural feeling of linen / cotton. Compared to seed heritage linen cloth Diish cloth is a 1 out of 10 and Seed Heritage a 8 out of 10. Garments have label made in China. Does not say where cloth is from. I expected a high quality at the price. Nothin like italian linen, or even basic soft linen from india. The white is not crystal white like Seed Heritage, either. The delivery was fast. Quality terrible. Will not buy again from Dissh. Returns you must pay courier. Website is misleading as does not communicate quality of cloth or where cloth is sourced from.

Returns policy is shocking - Not sure how such a big brand doesn’t offer free returns for full priced items in-store in this day and age, it should be criminal. You have to purchase a product online cause their store never has enough stock, then return it online at your expense or get a credit note if you drop it off in-store

The customer team at Dissh were so helpful with my question, especially Tiana who was super responsive to my email about an order that was caught up in payment. Within less than 24 hours of my query they sent out my order. Great customer service!

I recently made a purchase from Dissh, a store I shop at frequently. Unfortunately, my order encountered a system error and did not get fully processed. I realised something was wrong when I hadn't heard anything beyond the standard "we received your order" email.

Upon contacting their customer service, they immediately investigated and identified the issue. They offered me a full refund or an option for an alternative item. While I did miss out on my original order due to supply issues, the customer service experience was excellent. They handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring I wasn't left empty-handed.

Many of my wardrobe staples are from Dissh, so I wasn't completely disappointed. I'm glad I could find something close to what I originally ordered. Thank you, Dissh, for the great customer service and for helping resolve the issue so efficiently

A package was mislabeled and my apartment complex marked it return to sender, and despite your policy of not being responsible for lost/stolen items, you all are kindly resending me the dress. Cannot thank you enough as it was a lot of money for me to lose out on. Regardless I love your brand but this really was so kind and I cannot thank you enough.
