Excellent team, all staff members are both knowledgeable and understanding to the needs of a neurodivergent person. From my family member researching the best clinic to discuss assessment to having medication reviews and receiving my prescription via a signed for Royal Mail Delivery this is a fine tuned facility that is supporting many individual's.
I can highly recommend Diverse Diagnostics!

I had my free 15-minute consultation with Robyn at Diverse Diagnostics, and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. From the very beginning, she was so easy to speak to and incredibly validating of my feelings, experiences and concerns.

Seeking an ADHD diagnosis can feel like such a vulnerable thing to do, especially when you’ve spent so long questioning and trying to make sense of things. Robyn made me feel completely comfortable, listened to and understood, with absolutely no judgement.

She got me booked in for my assessment and I’ve come away from our conversation actually feeling positive about taking this next step. I’m incredibly grateful for how comfortable she made what could have been quite an overwhelming experience feel. Thank you, Robyn.

So far I've had the 15 min consultation with Cara and it was fantastic. Considering it's only 15 mins they made sure they listened to everything I wanted to say, answered all my questions thoroughly, and explained everything so clearly. I appreciated that they said they'd put everything we'd discussed in writing too and that was received very soon after the call. Any emails were promptly replied to and i just felt so comfortable and happy with every interaction with Cara. I'd highly recommend 😊

My recent real lived experience with DiverseDiagnostics! Awfull experience with this company, ongoing . No care or thought given to the communication needs of the neurodivergent people , children and adults, that they are diagnosing and starting on medication. Im 50 years old . I have never experienced a company, especially not an ethical health care provider actually abusing me in every sense. I feel its important I share this information. THEY DISCHARGED me without warning care , thought or aftercare. They were not happy at me saying out loud during communication that the way the choose to communicate with me was the hardest for me . I was using food banks to pay my medication,Diverse Diagnostics were aware of this whole time !this was my experience for whole year while They took highest possible price route for me at every point of my experience. When I found out that another private company provided same service for 6 × less price if you could actually believe that price difference could exist . When I drew this to their attention on call . They waited just over a week to get bk to me . Then they dismissed me as patient in the most awfull insensitive way causing great stress and well heartbreak really , I had stupidly trusted them .FEEL ABUSED& VIOLATED IN EVERY WAY BY DIVERSE DIAGNOSTICS. IN ACTUALL SHOCK AT THERE TREATMENT OF ME! HOPE IT SAVES SOMEONE 🙏 😌 so Diverse Diagnostics as you can see have responded to my review with a large printed piece of txt that implies I was abusive , a very clever way of making sure this negative review of their care of me or lack of care will be unbelieved . Yet again Diverse Diagnostics a massive failure to take neurodivergence needs into consideration when treating or communicating with your neurodivergent patients . Im so lucky I have support right now . Ive had to reach out for it after your companys treatment of me . Now your trying to suggest , publicly on trust piolet that I was abusive ? Recent events in my life caused me to seek an assessment for ASD, this wasn't an easy decision. I received my initial call from Amy Duncan who was very kind and understanding. Thanks to her I've felt confident enough to go on to the next step of diagnostic screening.

TRIED TO REARRANGE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, INITIALLY THE CLINICAL CARE ADVISOR WAS RELUCTANT TO HELP, BUT HAD GREAT RESPONSE AND ASSISTANCE FROM SOPHIE

I made my initial appointments based around my work commitments at the time. When this changed Emily went out of her way to ensure we could find a solution to a tricky scheduling situation. Excellent customer service.

Myself and Paul recently spoke with Dr Imran, Toni, Abby and Caitlyn after I became extremely distressed following an ADHD/ASD course that brought up a lot about both myself and my daughter. In one of the most overwhelming moments of my journey, this incredible team responded with a level of compassion, clarity and professionalism that genuinely grounded me.

They listened with patience, reassured me with kindness, and helped me begin to understand the complex overlap between ADHD and ASD in a way that felt safe, human and deeply supportive. Their willingness to step in urgently, without hesitation, showed me once again why Diverse Diagnostics has been such a constant source of strength.

Throughout my entire neurodivergent journey, there has never been anything too big to ask of this team. They consistently go above and beyond, offering expert guidance, emotional understanding and unwavering reliability. Their dedication has made an enormous difference to both my confidence and my ability to navigate this path for myself and my daughter.

I am truly blessed to have these fantastic professionals walking alongside me. Their kindness, expertise and genuine care mean more than words can express.

I dealt with Caitlyn who put me at ease explaining everything simply. It was so lovely dealing with someone who genuinely wanted to help me on my journey. She was always available if I needed any questions answered which is extremely helpful. Caitlyn always answered my emails very promptly. She's a real asset to DD.

I was nervous/anxious for about 30 mins before the pre assessment phone call.
Thankfully Rebekah was understanding and had quite a chill conversation regarding my previous experiences which led me to believe I may have ADHD or something similar. There will always be things that cross your mind, is it worth it, am I just making it up, will this be a waste of time. Don't put yourself off as Rebekah can make you feel at ease.

Really great experience, flexible team and even although a lot done on emails they staff are super friendly and supportive.

I honestly can’t recommend Diverse Diagnostics highly enough. After what had felt like a long journey trying to get answers for my daughter, they helped us finally get the diagnosis and understanding we needed.

The whole assessment process was handled so well. Our appointments never felt rushed or intimidating, and Dr Prema Raman was incredibly easy to talk to, understanding and thorough. I felt listened to as a parent, and the whole experience felt genuinely supportive rather than simply clinical.

The support from the wider team has also been excellent. Whenever I’ve had questions, the clinic has been responsive and helpful. A particular thank you to Ellie, Clinical Care Advisor, who has been so useful in answering my many questions and helping us through the process.

I was also extremely impressed by the final report. It was 18 pages long and incredibly detailed, giving us not just a diagnosis but a really comprehensive picture of my daughter, her individual needs and the recommendations for supporting her going forward.

For any parent considering an assessment for their child, I would absolutely recommend Diverse Diagnostics. Getting a diagnosis can feel like such a huge and emotional process, and I’m very grateful that we chose them to guide us through it.
