Diverse diagnostics has been very helpful for me they answered all my questions and seem genuinely interested in helping me, I highly recommend diverse diagnostics

Louise and Toni have been very helpful. Toni took her time to listen to me when I called for the consultation and didn’t make me feel bad and supported and really ensured me what was for the best and Louise in finance was helpful in sending me links / emails very quickly and responded as soon as she could.

Really excellent staff--super friendly and attentive, very patient, answered all my questions and have made me feel like I mattered throughout this entire process.

rebekah was incredibly lovely on the phone i felt very comfortable speaking to her and she explained the whole process very professionally but still kept a friendly and down to earth demeanour which made it feel far less clinical and more like a wee chit chat

My adult daughter recently used this company for an assessment for ADHD.
The process was nothing short of daylight robbery due to the price of £995 being charged for the service received.
The assessment method was very poor, being 3 checklists completed by my daughter and a 90 minute Zoom call with herself and the consultant psychiatrist, and 2 other checklists being completed by 1 other 'observer'. This is not a comprehensive gathering of information.
The subsequent report sent to her was nothing near a standard expected for the money charged. It was 26 pages of writing which had constant repetitions, could have been written on half the number of pages, and made subjective assumptions without proper evidence.
The diagnosis at the end of this process can not therefor be regarded as truly reliable.
I was a professional who, for 20 years, had experience of being involved with multidisciplinary teams doing numerous behavioural observations, and working with clients to gather evidence which was then collated by an educational psychologist to diagnose if a child had ADHD. THIS was regarded as good practise giving reliable results.
The people in this company, charging the amount they do for their services, are preying on vulnerable people who are being failed by the NHS due to the length of waiting time for these assessments by the NHS.
Getting a label and medication for ADHD, at the exorbitant prices charged by this company, will not be nearly as helpful and effective to anybody as seeking counselling and help to manage the issues and behaviours you are experiencing.
Save your hard earned money, don't use it on this company but try using a counselling service instead which will be immensely cheaper, more supportive and helpful.

From the first “free” 15 minute consultation (which we had to chase up because the clinician did not attend the call)
We’ve had the worst experience. We only chose diverse diagnostics because they follow the same NICE assessment criteria as NHS so for moving on to shared care or having the assessment and diagnosis recognised we felt we would use them. However beyond their criteria for assessment I would not recommend them at all.

The actual assessment did not feel like a positive experience with an assessor who felt amateurish and very inexperienced.

The report we received was terribly written.

Their costs are astronomical and they are cashing in on the vulnerabilities of families who are genuinely in crises.

It’s such a shame that we have people and organisations who act like they are there to help and be a support to families - when instead they are there for the money. Providing inadequate assessors, terribly written reports and an avalanche of costs to access ongoing supports and services.

I have been very lucky after a lot of research to be with these guys.
I found the NHS have accepted my diagnosis where as many other companies they don’t.
There was one time in the beginning of my journey of assessment and diagnosis where I didn’t have a good experience, but that is “definitely not what I want to focus on” because what I do want to focus on is how these guys made everything right, their response along with my journey that followed with these guys have been nothing but absolutely amazing!!

They have been very quick to help with any questions and I have been lucky enough to be accepted with shared care where the GP’s provide the prescription to the pharmacy.

The medication reviews have been a nice experience too and enjoy being in their company where usually I am very shy.

I am a better father, a better husband, a better person to myself and more engaging.

They are never far away from the phone or email.

My life has changed!

About to embark on assessment for autism and staff were able to assist me with the queries I had. Would not hesitate in recommending them

Absolutely great. Gave us solutions for my son where there were none available in the NHS (due to queues that are never ending or CMHTS being shut!). My son in now much happier and more settled since diagnosis and treatment. He's seen a few people but found that Pete Downer has great and he felt open up to him about his progress. Pete has made it easy for my son to communicate with him. This has really helped with his progress. He explained things on a level that is easily understood by a child but not patronising. My son has actually enjoyed speaking to him.
Any admin wrinkles have been quickly and easily sorted. I have no regrets choosing them. It has made a huge difference to all of our lives.

Really poor service,not really interested in anything else but getting money from you. Appointments getting getting cancelled and now I hear nothing from them. Stay well clear of this place. Young girls reading off a script from a screen,then trying to relate to what you’re saying. Thousands of pounds wasted

Had call today with Amy. I was anxious but she made me feel at ease. Everything was straightforward and explained very clearly. I feel comfortable and confident to continue with the assessment
