Brand new bat split on face in 1st match. Was meant to be absolute premium bat, with fully match prepared knocking service in all paid for. Two big cracks in the toe and a split on the front face of the bat in first match. Very disappointing.

What made is worse was the appalling attitude of the business to rectify the issue. Not interested in repairing the bat. Brand new, premium bat. Not interested. Steer clear. Poor workmanship, not a premium product at all. Very poor attitude. Zero customer care. Avoid.

I have been using DKP products for all my cricketing needs for many years. Purchased in a custom made bat a few years ago, which is still going strong. Would highly recommend DKP and the team. Great customer service and always available and reliable for last minute items.

DKP are a fantastic company. Got a custom made bat for my son for a very special birthday present. There's a great guide online with all of the options explained so you can get your blade exactly as you want it, and then a bat builder tool. It said 2 weeks from order to delivery but I got the bat in 10 days. And it's a thing of beauty. My son couldn't be happier. Liked the service so much we followed up with an order for some batting gloves. Got a message after ordering that the ones we were after were out of stock but the team couldn't have been more helpful - with a replacement easily found and sent out. Again delivered super speedily. Great products, great service. My new go to cricket shop. Highly recommended.

Hi, further to the comment you made on my review, the gloves haven't been caught on anything. As mentioned previously these have only been used twice and have been very well looked after. Gloves with this quality do not rip that easily. These gloves were £45 and only lasted two sessions. Due to how the situation was handled, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience with DKP…I bought my bat after many years cherishing my older one and was reluctant to buy another. However, at DKP they were fantastic, lots of top quality options tailored to exactly how I wanted the bat, great price and service, even had it made exactly as my cherished old bat (with an oval handle which are hard to come by now!)… highly recommended

Couldn't recommend enough!

Spent over £300 on a Cricket Bat which broke within the year they replaced it and told me the new one had a years warranty on it. It was an awful bat they gave me which broke after 6 months, they ghosted my calls for over a month only to tell me that they was no warranty.

Custom made bat that was made to the highest standard and incorporated all aspects of my specification. 5 Star service and excellent communications throughout the process. Probably the best UK cricket firm around at the moment, well done for creating such a great concept.

Follow on from previous review… bought brand new bat from DKP… bat came with taping and scuff sheet which wasn’t requested… resin/glue on the toe.. I didn’t think much of this ant first until the first use.. where the toe split about 3 inches up the bat…. After further inspection from a verified bat repair centre.. the bat has been previously repaired… which explains the non requested tape and scuff sheet to hide the repair on the side and the resin/glue smudged in the toe… absolutely terrible service from Dkp… a real crook…

I have purchased 10 bats in the UK( SS, GM, GN, SF, CA, Kuckabura , ) but all the bats toe are thin . So looked to a bat with thick toe. One of my friends recommended DKP and I ordered a cricket bat from them which arrived after 10 days ( in August 2024) The bat is the best bat I could ever have. Unbelievable stroke , balance etc. I bought even a Grey Nichols Legend for £1k. But I prefer the current bat from the DKP. They are proper bat maker. I will recommend highly cricket players to consider DKP. I have seen few negative review. Mr Nick a true gentlemen who delivered me a magical bat. Thanks DKP.
