Does what it says on the packet. Expensive - yes. On time - yes. Installed as quoted - yes. Would I use them again - I already am!

Not the cheapest on the market but made up in customer service before during and aftercare.
High quality, professional.. will use 100% again.

Dobsons supplied and fitted our en suite last year. They were reliable, cleared up after themselves, arrived punctually and provided us with an excellent facility. They were always available to answer queries , from the initial design through to the end and consulted with us at every stage. I would certainly recommend them.

Dobsons 'did' my bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The whole experience was totally painless from start to finish. Andrew, the designer, was a pleasure to deal with. He offered excellent ideas whilst never appearing pushy or rushed and came up with exactly what I wanted. The guys who did the work were so tidy that when I came home from work each night I would never know they had been. They started the job when they said they would, they finished the job when they said they would and did not leave even one snagging item. The finish is really 'high end' and I couldn't be happier :)

After years of only adequate jobs in the building trade we were delighted to experience honesty,attention to detail and real pride in finishing the kitchen to the highest specification even though the space was extremely limited.This was backed up by cheerful work people with professional attitude and obvious loyalty to the firm and we feel extremely satisfied with the new simplicity of the workplace and ease of use.

I was very happy with the service provided by the staff at Dobsons, particularly with the follow up when there was a problem later. The fitter was intelligent and careful. I always feel that the mark of a good company is how they deal with a problem. Dobsons dealt with our problem promptly and efficiently and I would happily recommend them.

From start to finish Dobsons take over with expertise. We have had four projects done with complete satisfaction. If there are any problems arising from the projects they are there straight away. I must add that problems are extremely rare. Also they carry so much insurance that you have complete peace of mind. When carrying out a job you know exactly what is going to happen from day to day and also which workmen will be entering your home. In fact I would not have anyone else doing my work.
