Not fit for purpose. Tried to enrol via our company account but couldn't even process my address details, judging by the reviews ive probably saved myself a lot of hassle.

Excellent Care and Professional Service
This was my first time using the service, and overall I was very impressed. The website was simple to navigate, although the initial sign-up process felt a little lengthy and not especially intuitive.
Booking the appointment itself was easy, and the doctor called on time for my phone consultation. She listened carefully to all of my concerns, gave thoughtful advice, and made me feel comfortable and genuinely well cared for throughout.
The doctor was caring, compassionate, and highly professional honestly, I wish she could be my NHS GP. She also added detailed and comprehensive notes, which made me feel that she had really listened to my concerns and helped support a referral to a specialist. This is something I have struggled to demonstrate through the NHS in the past and present.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again in the future and would happily recommend it to others.

Great Service
Appointment was easy to make (once i'd complete the entire sign up process) and the doctor was on time with my phone appointment. Doctor listened carefully to my complicated issue and gave great advice. She was caring and compassionate and frankly, I wish she could be my NHS GP. Would not hesitate to use this service again in the future.

Great service, I didn’t have to wait for weeks to see our GP. My blood test was taken the next day. However, I’m in the lap of the gods when I get my results. I’m due to go on holiday first thing Tuesday morning and today is Saturday.

I had a very positive experience using…
I had a very positive experience using the AXA Doctor Care Anywhere app for my private GP appointment with Dr Dhamu. Dr Dhamu was very professional, kind, and understanding throughout the consultation. I felt listened to, and everything was explained clearly and with care.
The app was easy to use, the appointment process was smooth, and the support provided made the whole experience stress-free and reassuring.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. They obtained my very personal data under false pretence then used it in a way that caused me great distress. They have refused to remove the data while they do an investigation which might take up to 42 business days. They do not comply with Caldicott Principles on data use and show no sense of care that their actions are causing harm.

Very poor service
Very poor service. In my experience clinicians cancel already booked appointments or don't show up and send emails saying that they were there and accuse the patient of being a no show. Avoid.
Update on 05/05/26: In addition to getting an email saying I was a no show when I had been logged on to the app and waiting for nearly 15 mins then email also said that the consultant has tried to phone me. I had no missed call, no voice mail so I think this was just a standard message that they send when the consultant does not show up.
