Ross was very helpful.

The whole process took quite a while from start to finish but the quote was bespoke to me and my vehicle including the cover of my modifications which was very reassuring. The sales agent Graham was very friendly, took his time and enquired about every detail so he could tailor a quote to me. I ended up with a quote £250 below the cheapest which popped up on numerous comparison sites. Very happy with the service so far.

Theo was great, very knowledgeable & understanding however the quote advertised/offered was incorrect and I ended up paying £1200 more than quoted on Go Compare (not sure who was at fault tbh)which obviously isn’t good at all but service was great.

Absolutely great experience from the start, very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Liam is so helpful,great person so polite and humble , listen carefully and the documents I was needed like insurance certificate , had an issued on portal can’t download it , phone back company and Liam sent straightaway in 2-3 minutes while I was on the call in my email. Which is great help for me. Sorted smoothly

Steph was amazing at resolving the the problem between my current insurance provider and my previous one, thank you Steph

I appreciate what doddle cover did when they gave me same day insurance as I had run out of options and had to bring back the car i purchased from another city

However, I initially paid £450 deposit followed by 10 monthly payments of £220, but after 3 weeks I decided to cancel it as it was 3rd party only and found another insurance company (AA) which where offering me comprehensive insurance for around £290 per month

When I called up doddle today to cancel my current insurance, I had to pay another £200+ to cancel it, meaning in 3 weeks of being insured as 3rd party only, it cost me £650+ whereas thats more or less 3 months payment on my new policy

Unfortunately mistakes where made on my side by not checking the t&c's properly hence why I'm not giving it 1*

Once again, thank you regardless for insuring me when no one else was offering for a reasonable price!
