The more I would like to love Doffle, the more I start to hate them.
Not for the first time.

I placed my order on January 21.
I received it with partially incorrect contents on March 21.
I have been trying to get in touch since then. Despite assurances in late March, I still have not received the correct product.

Time doesn't matter to this company, apparently, and neither does the customer.
This is my goodbye to this company.
Maybe someday I will receive the correct product and another "sorry".

Really late on the delivery. Sent mostly wrong items to me. Then no correspondence to me wanting to return the items wrongly sent. After weeks answered saying just send back. Sent with tracked Royal Mail and I’m still waiting on my refund. Not replying to any emails or messages on any of their socials.

I was so disappointed with doffle dog they sent me all the wrong products and I’ve been emailing them for weeks to try and sort it out either to get a refund or replace the incorrect products but I have had no response at all they have completely ignored me hope this helps others so they don’t end up in the same position it’s so sad because I love to support small businesses when I could easily go to pets at home and have no issues.

Simply amazing as usual.
The harness are to die for. The material is amazing & durable. Teddy gets absolutely filthy but after just one wash the harnesses are like brand new. After only just one wash!!
Cannot recommend Doffledog enough! You’re seriously missing out if you don’t have these amazing harness in your doggy wardrobe.
Customer service is 10/10 as always!!

Had a few issues where the product I ordered wasn't in stock but I was emailed to find out if I would like an alternative choice instead. The product itself is lovely, light weight and vibrant. I had the pitter patter cuddle and go ready for our holiday and picnic for my lil pup

I'm very happy with my recent purchase from Doffle, i ordered a lead and matching collar, as the lead was out of stock they sent me a different one which was even nicer, and threw in a little freebie, so really happy overall, would highly recommend, great quality and good service all round!

I’ve had a very poor experience with Doffle Dog. Placed an order 14th February, had one email to say thanks for your order then no further emails what’s so ever to even say my items had be shipped. It’s now the 5th March and I have no items.
I emailed Doffle dog multiple times to which I had no response, I then went to Instagram to message them to which they red all my messages I sent and ignored every single one (even though Doffle Dog was posting on Instagram so clearly active).
I still don’t have my items and Doffle Dog still have my money. Won’t be using again and most definitely won’t order from again as I’ve spoken to other customers of Doffle Dog who have advised they’ve had nothing but issues as well.

DoffleDogs products arrived on time in a wonderful packaged parcel with the cutest packaging. Straight forward ordering and arrived really quickly. I ordered the puppys first harness as I couldn't find any company that did a harness small enough. The extra extra small fits perfectly. The harness and matching lead is such high quality with a beautiful print. Slightly hard to put on a puppy when they just want to eat it, but after a couple of times it's easy. I'll absolutely be using this company again when I need to upgrade our harness!

Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this company!
i placed an order on December 26th a few weeks later I had no acknowledgment of the order from the company! I have tried to reach the company and they have been extremely slow and unpleasant to deal with.
I paid via klarna and have had to get them involved as this company is still giving me the run around regarding my items.

I’ve stated many times I’d like my items sent recorded delivery or a refund tried to stay polite and deal with in a good manner but the company is next to impossible to deal with.

Love the products, exciting designs, unique, cute and great quality.
