Love our harness! Beautiful and secure and great that it is adjustable as my puppy just keeps growing!

Terrible customer service! Waited ages for the dog car bed to arrive. Then after having it for only a couple of weeks, the strap on the bed which goes around the car headrest ripped off. Also ripping the bed open with it. The bed can no longer be secured to the car because of this and is unsafe and unusable. For £60, I don’t think this is acceptable.
I have tried contacting customer services multiple times, in different platforms, only to be completely ignored. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service from this company. I would like a refund or exchange for my item but no one will respond to my many emails and messages.

Really bad customer service, I had been chasing a refund or exchange for a month and kept being ignored on Instagram and email. I was contacted by Doffle and when first contacted they replied instantly to every message, when I wondered where my exchange was I was ignored so eventually asked for a refund instead to save all the hassle. I was ignored again and kept being told they were packaging my parcel and was going to send it. Nothing has arrived so was advised (by someone else who’s had a bad experience with this brand) to open a claim with my bank.

Another purchase and another happy pup (& mama) this time our pawsome goodies included a cuddly and go travel beach blankie and a going on an adventure backpack. Let me start with my new blankie firstly can I bark how pawgous the designs are on this not just one design but a double whammy of one each side!! The waterproof material is furbulous for trips to the beach when sitting on the sand and just as pawsome for a picnic in the park. It’s easy to carry as it rolls and secures with Velcro fastenings. Hoomama is supaw happy as it’s big enough for her to share it with me too!! Next our new backpack wow you can fit so much stuff inside! Great for carrying all our adventure essentials! It has 2 netted pockets on the sides pawfect for my water bottle and mamas coffee bottle. Another zipped pocket at the front for mamas phone, purse etc so only need to take one bag on our travels. Pawdore the way it is supaw safe with both zip, roll top and clip fastening at top of backpack ( can even use this bit to carry my blankie).
