Asked about guaranteed by Xmas delivery and ordered well within timeline. Now they are saying I won’t get them. Why lie??? Do not order!!!

I'd like to give zero stars. I ordered in Nov and paid for review of socks before printing. They used the wrong dog picture for one pair and the 2 dog pair had only one dog. I emailed the changes and they printed the wrong ones and sent them. I've email 10 times, used the chat and tried to call (phone disconnected), no response. If you use Doga Socks you will waste your money. There are others options, use them instead of getting annoyed with this poorly run company. I'm stuck paying for stocking gifts with the wrong dog faces.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered from this site based off the positive reviews from others. I placed my order over a week ago and they promise 6-7 day shipping. I reached out to customer service since I didn't receive tracking info, however my card got charged. Customer service was terrible and told me "look we have so many clients to deal with," did not even apologize for the inconvenience, and to dispute the charge with my bank rather than give me a refund. I understand that maybe my info got lost in their system somewhere, however the way their customer service handled the situation was absolutely terrible and quite rude. I have never experienced a situation this poor to which it has made me want to write a review, but this was absolutely horrid to deal with. I have worked in customer service before, so I know how difficult a job like this can be, but this interaction was simply terrible. I never received my item and I highly recommend avoiding this company, there's so many other places to get socks like this.

I received my order over 1 month ago. I contacted the company after opening my order to find that I received someone else's socks with their dog picture, not the pictureI uploaded and ordered. It took many days before I heard a brief reply that I would get the replacement socks sent out. This reply was not empathetic or caring. It's been over one month and I still have not received the socks I originally ordered or heard back about it. I am very disappointed and would not order again.

It was fun to make the socks and even more fun when they arrived! Now I can show off our perfect dog everywhere I go.

I bought some socks with my face on them for my brothers. I was pleasantly surprised how well my hair was cropped from the picture I sent. I have long hair so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. And my brothers loved the quality of the socks and are their favorite to wear for parties. I highly recommend dogasocks’ products!

I placed an order for 3 pairs of the same designed sock. I only received one pair. I immediately contacted customer service with the order number and told them I didn't receive the entire order. They did respond and said they would be sending the rest of the order...and a month later and several emails with no responses I don't have the rest of my order.

Never received my order. Their contacting process is all via email and forms. Even after several attempts to contact, no success has been made. We are nearing a year with no order received.

I bought my daughter two pairs of socks, a pair for each of our dogs, and I don't mean to chew up. Ordering was easy. If there was a problem it was on my end because the Morkie would not let me take his picture. The socks arrived quickly and my daughter loves them still. I ordered the socks in 2022 and they are still holding up. If I was capable of getting a good picture of the faces of our two goldfish, I'd see if it was possible to buy a pair of sock with their faces. Great product from good people.

I purchased a pair of socks for my daughter with images of her new fur baby…she loved them! The quality & images were excellent! I appreciated that I was sent a preview before they were printed so I may make changes if needed. They arrived as expected. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought two pairs of socks as Christmas gifts for my son and his girlfriend, each pair had two different pictures of their dog on them. The socks turned out great! And I was very pleased how quickly I got them after ordering. Would definitely recommend ordering custom socks from Doga Socks!

Family loved them! Super cute ! Order a size up and remember when the material stretches over ur calf that the image gets stretched too-that is to be expected though.
