I had a great experience ordering socks from Doga! I wanted to get socks with my wife’s face on them for our wedding and I procrastinated until the week of, and then when I put in the order I forgot to upload the picture I wanted on them (completely my fault). I reached out to customer service and they replied immediately and fulfilled my order right away. Saved the day, and the socks were a huge hit at the wedding!

Exactly what I wanted! I got my socks quickly and they were great quality. Gave a pair to my vet that saved my sweet girl’s life. Highly recommend these socks!

My nieces dog passed away and I wanted to send her a special gift in memory of him. These socks were perfect, she couldn't believe it when they arrived. The good reviews are fake. This is a scam company. They never send you the socks. They just keep saying the package was lost in transit and they will send another. They don't.

We bought a pair of socks for my husband to wear at our wedding, with the face of our bulldog who had recently passed, as well as the face of our boxer. We wanted to incorporate both pups in our wedding and this was such a special way to do so. These socks are even more special since our boxer passed away last year. Not only do these bring special memories of our wedding day, but the perfect way to honor both Bandito and Chase. They’re not only functional, but a work of art.

Ordered as a gift. Got sent a pair of socks and it had the wrong dog on them? Wasn't what I paid for. Reached out to let them know about the problem. Said they would send me the correct socks. Never got them. Don't order from here.

Received my custom socks without issue. My fiancé loved them! A great way to hold our fur baby close wherever we go.

Company never sent socks then tried to keep my money

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered almost a month ago, order still hasn't shipped. I inquired twice about it before I received a text-like response that said "I will check on it." After that - silence. I contacted them again. This time they claimed my order had been "lost in transit". Kind of hard to believe considering the fact the order was still marked as unshipped by the very tracking app the company tells you to use to track the order through. Also in that same email, there was a "proof" provided (seems odd they wouldn't have provided that before I complained). And that proof? Well, it had a two-headed dog face right in the top center of the crotch on the leggings. No where else on the leggings was there a two-headed dog face, just the crotch right in the center. You can also see random outline marks around a lot of the dog prints, like a 5-year-old designed it. No one in their right mind would wear these things. After I pointed out some of these errors, I requested either a new proof and an actual shipment of my order or my money back. I have yet to hear anything back. I should have read the other reviews here before ordering, seems like everyone has had a similar experience. Save yourself time and money and do not order anything from them. Just one big scam.

I ordered 8 pairs of socks for my kid's for Christmas 2022. First off, I didn't get them in the time that they said it would be shipped. Second, I provided them with the correct pictures for each color sock I wanted, and one of them came incorrect. They don't have a phone number to call, but have an email. I emailed them of the problem snd they said they to send the picture that it was supposed to be. I had to email a few weeks later to get a confirmation that it was redone. I emailed again amonth and a half later asking where the replacement socks are. They emailed back saying they sent the replacements in January. It is now March and still no socks. I think these people are not in the United States like they say. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Price is a little high for the resolution.

I ordered from this company because of the fast speed for a Christmas party. Never got a tracking number. Sent an email, nothing. Sent another email, got a reply saying they got hacked and they said they would send them with a new tracking number in 3 days. That of course didn’t happen. I ordered on January 1 still no socks!

Edited to update: After I posted this negative review and reached out again through their online email form (not their chat which doesn't appear to work) I finally received a response. My order had been "lost in transit" whatever that means. They sent me a proof and hopefully I will receive my item in 7 more business days...

I placed an order on January 3rd. Now on January 14th it still shows order placed, no progress. I have tried emailing and reaching out on chat. No one ever responds.

On December 11th I placed a large order for a coworker’s retirement party. The party was December 21st, and the socks arrived that morning. Whew!

I had been communicating with Doga Socks through emails the whole time. Their website didn’t show that the order had made any progress, but they assured me that it had. They were always quick to respond.

The socks were a HUGE hit! Everyone loved them!!!
