Being an approved agent for many of the largest manufacturers in the industry including Stannah, Wessex, Access, Stiltz homelifts, Platinum, Terry Lifts and Bruno means we can provide the right product for your individual requirements at the best price. We’re not tied to one manufacturer or one type of stairlift; so no matter what your requirement, we can find the right solution for you and your home. Our team prides itself on being highly professional whilst offering that personal touch and warmth which comes naturally from a family-run business. We care that you have the right stairlift or lifting solution fitted to meet your individual needs and with over 25 years’ experience, we are confident in the advice we give and the work we do. We don’t employ sales people to carry out our free surveys – just trained engineer surveyors who are not paid on a commission basis. So there’s no hard sell from us and we never outstay our welcome. As well as catering for individuals in their home Dolphin Devon Stairlifts works with Local Authority and Professional Care Providers including; Devon County Council, Exeter City Council, Plymouth City Council, Torridge District Council, Torbay Council, South Hams District Council, Westward Housing Association, Cornerstone, Guinness Trust, LiveWest and Pluss Home Improvement Services.

Saved us when let down by another company.
We have been using Dolphin for a few years now since the installer of our stairlift (Oak Tree Mobility) let us down and failed to cover a "free" service and told us they no longer deal with stairlifts when we rang for our first service. Dolphin couldn't help us enough, we now have a service annually. The guys are brilliant, very helpful, knowledgeable and cheery. Thank you

First class company for excellent service.
From our experience of dealing with Dolphin over a number of years, as a top rate company Dolphin fully deserve 5 star rating. The ladies in the office that deal with queries or arrange service bookings are most helpful and very pleasant to speak to, unfortunately we have no names. All the engineers that have visited us are very professional and effective. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They include Neal, Sean,Adam, Ben and Lewis. Apologies to any I have missed. Great service from all.
