Never sent my items. Contacted them 4+ times for updates on shipping. I never received any responses, nor did they issue a refund, and I can't get ahold of this company. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank.

I've used Dosetest kits several times, and they’ve been accurate and straightforward. The instructions are crystal clear, even for first-time users.

Dosetest responded promptly to my inquiries and ensured I had all the information I needed. Their products are reliable and life-saving. Highly recommend!

I would give this company zero stars if I could because it’s a scam. I purchased a product, it never arrived (somehow still processing, after almost a month), I reached out to customer service multiple times and only received automated responses each time. I requested a refund and it was more of the same. Don’t use this company, there are other options out there 👍

Has been 2 months since I ordered testing strips and 0 update from anyone. They are completely unresponsive to any emails. No one has heard anything from them. Seems like an exit scam.

Initial order: June 25th 125 testing strips.
First email to support for an update: July 7th (only an automated response received)
Second email to support: July 11th
3rd: July 15th
4th: August 14th (Had to go to credit card in order to chargeback at this point.

Other users/clients on reddit reporting the same thing. They are completely unresponsive to the moderators and no one can reach them.

Complete scam. They sell you a kit tell you that you can test any drug for the substance that align with the reagent and get results right away with their app. Their app is not an app but their website that only offers options to test a few substances. Then you have to send a picture in to them and wait for their lab to gives results days later if at all (5 days and still waiting). You can not actually contact them as there is only an email and zero response. The reagents are questionable as accord to other results charts numerous completely unrelated substances all test for the same exact drug when testing with the different tests. Everything from Fentanyl and cocaine to salt and ibuprofen all tested positive for mescaline with every different reagent used consistently under different conditions. What are the odds? Of course they won't respond to emails and certainly aren't trying to address my request for a refund of the $69 kit that clearly doesn't work in addition to their false advertising. Shopping was fast though.

Packaging could've come with a testing pamphlet or some kind of information on regeant. Otherwise test worked fine and shipping was fast.

It came very quickly, but there is no video to help out with testing instructions. There are also no color strips to tell you if it turns a certain color it has blank in it. Not cool, do better then a Typescript form.

I work in harm reduction research + education and Dose Test is my favorite brand. Not only do they have some of the most affordable products on the market, but the instructions they provide are amazing. If you scan the QR code on the back of the packaging, it takes you to a website that will walk you through testing your sample. It's so helpful, because I'm always worried I'm not testing correctly, but with the step-by-step guide/quiz - I feel so much more confident.

Also, I've noticed over the last year or so, that their products, instructions, and packaging have only gotten better!! It's awesome to see and feel like they truly care and are trying to encourage the most accurate testing possible. They are truly saving lives and making a difference!
